Seems to work for some, but Fairway Lawns did nothing but damage to my lawn. The techs DO NOT work with you or announce when they come by. I think Fairway did 3 treatments to our lawn since January and after each one I had to spend a lot of time reviving my lawn.... I hired a lawn service to keep it healthy and not have to think about it. The opposite occurred here. The weed control certainly worked, but after each treatment my lawn was nuked and looked like these pics... I can assure you it is not a watering issue. When you ask for a tech to come out it takes at least a week and again, they don't call ahead. I have essentially paid them to nuke my lawn every 6 weeks. Bogus.

I used fairway lawns last year and Alex was my technician. He did a fantastic job and I became friends with him. They sent a new technician to my house last week because they put Alex on a different route this year. He only sprayed my front yard and didn't do my backyard. Plus he spayed my foundation for bug and sprayed all of my windows and screens. It took me over 4 hours to clean the windows and screens. I called and canceled their service.

I've been with Fairway Lawns for a few years now and they have out performed anyone I used in the past. Alex usually services my yard and he is great. I have dogs and really appreciate the text notifications before they come and the follow up information they provide afterward. Be sure you sign up for those on your online account. I missed some of the online settings at first. Fairway Lawns was a great choice for me and my yard looks great thanks to them and me watering properly.

Fairway lawn is the best in Jacksonville. We have tried other companies with no good results. Fairway Lawns is second to none. Very professional, great results and very respectful of our property. We get compliments on our lawn every day and have had people even knock on our door to tell us how amazing our lawn looks.

We've been using Fairway for several years now. Michael has done a great job servicing our lawn and our grass looks great. He listens to any concerns I have and makes sure to focus his treatment on those concerns. He does a very thorough treatment each visit and even gives me a call if I forget to unlock the gate to the backyard. I also get a text reminder the day before each service which is great. Overall, our lawn seems happy and we get lots of compliments on how thick and lush our grass is now.

There schedule is not reliable (we almost went 8 weeks without a treatment and I had to call--supposed to be every 5.2 weeks they come)-our yard had weeds not only continuing to grow but thriving almost 8 months into treatment and even though supervisor said he would come out and review with us, not once...but twice over a month....never saw them. The tech that we spoke to the most was courteuos and professional but his hands were tied too as all he could do is ask the Supervisors to come and they would not follow through. We cancelled the service after 8 months but should have done it sooner. Nothing changed after they contacted me.....same story.....other than....they stated their techs NEED MORE TRAINING! Do not waste your time with this company. It is money out the window and your yard will look worse.

I got fairway lawns after resodding my front yard. I must say the service is absolutely terrible. Since having them, my yard has looked absolutely horrible. There is weeds everywhere. The problem is not going away. I was told I would speak to a general manager to help with the issue. Nobody has reached out to me.

I had fairway for 2-3 years. I cancelled because my yard has deteriorated in the last year where the entire side of my yard is dead and infested with crab grass now and now my front yard is struggling with chinch bug/sod web worms. When I called, the said I wasn’t covered for bug treatment when I was under the impression I had been since I started. As long as i was in cahoots with them, I also have to regularly spray my yard with sedgehammer and tenancity to control the weeds. In my tenure I also upgraded services to include my flower beds, and removed the services that I felt had no impact on those plants even though they willingly sold me the product.

I recently switched to another company that has double tapped my yard with treatment because they noticed these types of issues that fairway left me with. The provider is also less expensive.

I enjoyed them at first and would have given them 5 stars but in the last year they’ve given me a lot of work to make up for.
