I've been useing these men (and woman) for LG ROCKS for 2+ yrs. When U find a group of people who aren't only professional, kind, thoughtful and have a sense of humor (maybe the humor is for me only, but), U continue with those people!! Each one is the best!! Customer service is rare, so when U find it U, go back. I'll be taking back a friend in May, and I'll be going back to get some Medium size rocks this time, LOL!!!! It's a no brainer choice!!!

Had a split load of asphalt and sand delivered and happy with the material. Not happy with the delivery fee as it was wrong and almost 50%higher than last year. Spoke with the manager Adam and he said their delivery rates went up beginning of the year and they don’t have it posted anywhere and did not let me know when I ordered material either. Also a $15 split load fee that they did not mention. Cost for delivery was 40% of the material cost so buyer beware and get it all in writing before the delivery!

I placed an order for road base last week, received it without any problems and then called to order more. On the second delivery the driver accidently over charged me slightly when running my card ($26). He failed to apply a discount. I didn't even notice until several hours later and was too tired to deal with it. Three days later I got a call saying they overcharged me and the problem was resolved withou me having to take action (beyond returning a phone call). Most places would wait for the customer to call and complain. It's difficult to find such good customer service these days!

I'll also note that they were friendly and patient with this rookie who had dumb questions.

My first visit was wonderful . I got the info that I needed to do a dry creek bed . My second visit was some of the worst customer service.not only was the lady working at the counter rude she also put her coworkers down. I left without making a purchased witch i had been excited to do my summer project. Extremely disappointed

Very happy with these guys for firewood and landscaping materials. Delivery fees are very reasonable and they helped to get me material for a rush job. Like dealing with Santa Fe over the other providers in town.
