As someone who has been managing multi-family communities for over 12 years and have placed numerous orders for pool furniture replacements with other distributors, this has been by far the most disappointing experience I've had with a company. The communication from their team is near non-existent. I've waited weeks to hear updates about my $20,000 order and still can't get exact information on when this order will be delivered. I've been given written dates of when the order was supposed to be received prior to October and now they can't give me any details on when this order will arrive. At one point, I went 3 weeks with no responses to emails and didn't get any response until I called and requested a call back. Definitely will not be recommending their services in the future. My ownership group isn't even confident the furniture will ever arrive. Such a let down.

They gave excellent advise in color and product selection for our needs. Their cost was lower than competitors and they kept us well informed about delivery dates. The furniture and umbrellas look amazing and are of exceptional quality. We would definitely go to them again and highly recommend them.
