Solid company all-around - from materials to workmanship to price & customer service. 120%
Most importantly, in a state where questionable businesses are unfortunately common place, Epic is very refreshing; most notable, their patience, understanding, and follow-through when working with senior citizens.
As consumers, prudent we understand there are dilemmas which arise in business as in our individual, personal lives; if you can’t reach them immediately, or your original rep from the co, try a different method such as email or the general phone to the business. Rest assured, they’ll do a great job from the beginning as well as address and make good on any & all agreement(s). Enjoy!

Adam from Epic Roofing was nothing short of incredible in his communication and responsiveness! After Hurricane Milton removed shingles from our roof, Adam was quick to call me back, and first to inspect the roof for damage. He shared a quote from his company, Epic Roofing, and we accepted their bid. In short-order, a crew came and repaired the roof, installing new underlayment as needed and new matching shingles for our home. In about a week after the storm, there was no evidence that there was ever any damage! I would highly recommend this local (to Charlotte County) business. Straight shooters, fair, and very well organized. Thank you Adam and Epic Roofing!

Epic Roofing has been wonderful to work with and the leader of the band was Joe Cantasano! Joe quickly replied to our urgent request for a quote after our original roofer couldn't supply the shingles we wanted after Hurricane Ian clobbered our roof. Joe explained every detail, answered our questions, reviewed the entire contract and pricing so we knew what to expect, and returned calls and text messages immediately when we had some weird questions later. His quick responses were so appreciated and refreshing during this trying time. The new roof installation was completed yesterday and all those hard workers on that HOT roof did an EXCELLENT JOB! I can't imagine any other company could have done any better!
Joe, thanks for your responsiveness and good sense of humor. You made what could have been a major headache into an effortless adventure for us!

Been working with Gianna since we found out our roof needed to be replaced. She has definitely made the repair go smoothly. She has been there to talk to when ever we had questions no matter the day or time. I never knew getting shingles replaced could go so smoothly. She is definitely an asset to your company.
