Charges a ridiculous amount, can’t get a hold of you. I have a brown patch fungus that had not been treated and ending contract. If I can get a hold of someone.

Amazing company! Super easy to deal with. I’ve already seen my lawn improve by leaps and bounds since using Emerald Visions. I had a few questions and Troy came out to review everything with me. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and gave me valuable insight and advice, but he also helped show me how to make some proper adjustments to keep things looking great. Can’t say enough great things about this company and the customer service was top notch!!

The best! Believe me, people literally stop and ask my husband how we get our lawn so green. No other companies work is even comparable to Emerald’s. Travis treats our lawn and is very professional and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend!

Emerald Visions is a fantastic company! Our lawn looks the best of any lawn we’ve had in our 15 years in Florida, “emerald” green and lush. Their regular monthly service is dependable and the technicians are excellent. But the most outstanding thing about this company is their ongoing customer service. We’ve had very few issues, but every time we’ve contacted them, they have responded immediately and have gone above and beyond to keep their customers happy. We can’t recommend them strongly enough. We are so impressed with Emerald Visions.

Emerald Visions restored my faith in having a good lawn. Results were seen even after the first treatment. My front lawn now looks like a lush green carpet after only 3 treatments. It’s nice to be able to text questions and get good responses. Coming from Ohio, the grass is very different. St. Augustine grass here in Florida absolutely needs maintenance if you want a good looking lawn. Emerald Visions delivered exactly what ours needed. Service techs are very thorough and professional. I’m happy !

Had an issue with services last year. I expressed my concern and they treated me well at that time. They stated they would pause services and start back in May of this year. While texting, one of their managers called me and was very nice on the phone. He stated they would come out and access the situation and set up a plan, of course this never happened. I told him 3 times that morning to make sure they reach out before starting services in May and he said he would. They started services, horrible, in May without contacting me. Called to speak to them about it and they said the lawn was a watering problem. Anyone on here notice how much rain we have received everyday this year? Plus I water on non rain days. I have weeds in my grass. Their products do nothing at all. Lastly when my wife spoke to the gentleman today he stated they have text messages stating they will be back out in May. She explained to him, or tried to, that I spoke with the manager on the phone that morning and that’s why the texting stopped. She explained that I told him multiple times not to come until we speak. He basically said I was was lying. Great news, I just printed off my phone records and will now Waiste my time in small claims court. I will also bring the responses they posted to the other bad reviews. It clearly shows what kind of person they will have in front of them. Also, this is the only bad review I have posted.
