Don’t waste your money on them. They started off well but after a few months it seemed they were no longer interested in doing the job. I hired them to cut and edge my front and back lawns on my rental property once a month. Their first few times were satisfactory but the last job was terrible. There were several spots where you could see grown grass that had not been cut. They completely failed to mow the small side yard. They did not edge around the front porch and missed several spots. You could tell they did not care and were not interested in doing the job right. Their billing system sent out an invoice before they performed any service at all. Another time they billed me twice for the same job. Also they parked their trailer in a way that blocked the neighbors driveway. If you want someone to do the job right hire someone else. I have pictures of their sloppy work.

Contacted them for repair on my sprinkler system. Did a free estimate and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Replaced the valves for the zones needed and installed a new timer box. Great Service Highly Recommend!

Don't hire this company, had them do landscaping and they didn't use the plants I showed them I wanted. Paper they put down was cheap weeds started growing through paper within 2 weeks. One plant is dying already. They put landscaping rock and border in front of steps to front door so you have to walk over 2×4 and rocks to go up stairs to front door. Called them and ask to fix they responded they would charge me. I paid alot of $$$ for them to do landscaping and I could have hired the neighborhood kid to do it for a better outcome. Absolutely would not recommend?

Picture of the plants I wanted. Ulysses said no problem not one of the plants was the ones I told him I wanted from the picture. They put repeats of two plants spaced about 5 feet apart. They never showed me what they were putting in. I did not see it until I went to house after he had texted saying they were done. I never preapproved any plants, I assumed he would use plants as in pic I texted him. We never did a walk through after he was done. I never said that I wanted the landscaping in front of stairs. I did say I wanted a border around the back, side and front of house I figured they were suppose to be experts and would know how to end it at the entrance to the house. I can honestly add another review of this business now we can add they are not honest. Everything they said in response is not true. We never met during or after the project was completed. I was out of town and when I returned and went to see how it looked. My other contractors that were working on house told me this business did not have a clue as to landscaping. Also when asked about fixing front door he did say they were going to charge me. See photos. I did not ask to change everything just front door and did let them know they didn't put any of the plants requested. They used cheap landscaping paper and weeds were already coming up through paper with 2 weeks. ? I paid $1900.00 for this mess. The one pic is the plants I ask them to use .. see any that they used in the pics? text from them on wanting me to pay more for fixing landscaping by front door.

Recently purchased a house with outdated / broken sprinkler system. Emerald Roots was prompt to assess for an estimate, came same day and scheduled the repair for the following week. They crew worked quickly, replaced all sprinklers, cleaned up and everything was running great. The cost was very fair and I am very pleased. Will definetly be using this team for future landscaping needs.

Ulises & Jorge did a more than fantastic job of cleaning up my yard which I had let go for several years Not only was the backyard overgown with blackberrys and scotish bloom but the neighbours brush had overgrown into my yard. I also had a lot of junk that needed to go to the dump. They took care of everything, including rototilling to get up as much as they could for the blackberry roots, front yard weeds which were significant and spraying the remaining blackberry stumps.
These are both two very customer forward entrepreneurs.
