This is, hands down, my favorite nursery! I’ve been coming here for years and they have never disappointed me. I love that they have a wide selection of plants and sizes and the staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a large fiddle leaf fig tree and they delivered it to my house!
They also offer consultations for landscape design and installation.
I definitely recommend Emerald Coast Nursery!

I was sold a lime tree when I thought I was buying a lemon tree. It was obvious once the fruit started to bear they are lines not lemons. I called and talked with a lady (not Leslie) and she said Leslie the owner would not take my call and told her to handle it. I called back and asked for LESLIE. LESLIE said I needed my receipt to prove it was lemon on the receipt. I never thought a year later when the tree had fruit for the first time I would need the receipt! However LESLIE keeps a copy but she REFUSED to pull her copy and said “if you want to come and go through all the boxes of invoices you can”. What business would let a customer rummage through all their receipts with credit card info on it!!! LESLIE was rude, not helpful, kept trying to get off the phone, defiant as though it was my fault. And she claims only John who is only there on Saturday would know the difference. She claims she doesn’t know about those types of things! She’s the owner with a degree(look her up!) and been in business all these years! Seriously! I will never buy anything from her again and I caution you to know what you buy and to keep your receipt forever! Every time I mention LESLIE to anyone I get “she’s never helpful and she’s rude” -so true. I’d give her 100 negative stars but the least amount is one unfortunately! Does this look like a lemon?

We do not recommend Emerald Coast Nursery as we lost close to $3k on trees that they planted improperly in 2022. When we noticed the trees starting to die in 2023, we reached out to see if there was anything we could do to save them. They recommended we contact the local county extension. We were fortunate enough to have an employee come to our house to diagnose the trees in person. She immediately saw that each tree was planted too deep and they were all slowly suffocating and would eventually die. We emailed the owner and the landscape designer with no response. When we showed up in person in hopes of rectifying the situation, the owner refused to accept responsibility. She offered 25% off replacements which was coincidentally the weekend sale at the time and no discount on the install at all. I wish I would have seen the small sign amongst the cluttered front desk that stated they do not guarantee their plants or installs. So, if you choose to use them, be aware of this policy. 2 years later we are having to start our backyard privacy hedge project from scratch. This has been a major waste of our time, energy and money.

Service after the sale is Horrible. They installed on my new construction home site over 19K of irrigation, Sod and plants and 6 Sable Palm trees 12 feet tall. I've made contact with concern 3 of the Palms weren't growing; and now following up with the owner they informed me the Sable Palms are never under warrantee. Would have been nice to understand up front. Now, after (the bait and switch) I'm back to sourcing 3 new trees. Original price was Approx $350 per tree. Now I'm out $1000.00 . The photo shows the current condition which hasn't changed in 18mos.

Fantastic nursery and greenhouse, and I can't stop raving about the incredible variety of healthy plants and vibrant flowers they offer. We have purchased several plants and trees as well as pine straw. The staff's knowledge and enthusiasm made my experience delightful, and the well-organized layout made it easy to explore. Highly recommend this beautiful nursery and fantastic staff.

Purchased a hydrangea bush, died within 2 days. Watered and in partial sun. Called for advice and was told that their hydrangeas are doing just fine and that they have no warranty.
