The most ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced. The nasty and horrible lady behind the counter is even worse than people told me to expect. Everyone said to expect her to be really nasty, but it’s seriously worse than our neighbors told us. How do you run a business when the reviews and sooo many people have horrible things to say about one lady behind the counter? We planned to spend many thousands of dollars there, but walked out with none of our inventory and went to Hazeltine instead. Hazeltine was amazing in every single way and the experience was more than pleasant and I highly recommend going there instead of this dreadful place. And, unless you are a wholesaler, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME.

stopped in didn't realize they didn't open to public till 1 o'clock asked if they answer one question for me and they told me no come back at one. No one else standing there only would have taken a second to answer this is terrible service i have bought things there in the past but never again

My husband and I bought some trees for our new home and spend far over $1000 there. I have to say, this place is big, price competitive but the lady’s working there do not know anything about customer service. Smiling and being friendly does not cost anything, you almost feel it does for them. All other stuff are seemed to be customer oriented and wanted to compensate for the rude behavior of those women, ( I do not call them lady’s) because they aren‘t. If you need a lot of trees and do not care about the women behind the counter being super unfriendly to you, this is the place to go! You can only take that with lot‘s of humor. This is how my husband and I handle it.

A ordered 10 yards of small washed shell from them a few years ago and they significantly shorted the delivery. As an inexperienced homeowner I was not aware of what a 10 yards pile of shell should look like when it is dumped in the driveway. Unfortunately the project was delayed due to irrigation drainage work being done so by the time we laid the shell, it was many months past when the shell was purchased. I carefully measured the depth of the shell as I was placing it and after rechecking all measurements, I only received approximately 5.6 yards. I may understand being off +/-10%, but this is off a whopping 44%!

My landscaping plans have changed, so I am no longer in need of the missing 4.4 yards.

I'm writing this delayed review just to warn homeowners to scrutinize bulk deliveries from this business.

The delivery guy is rude and Does not possess any professional mannerisms at all. The plants were nice until he unloaded them, yelling and throwing a tantrum while tossing the trees off the truck and breaking every root ball. I call to complain and they tell me to cut more roots and plant right away....really?! This place is a joke.

Wow!!! The owner is an absolute awful person with absolutely no sense of customer service. We've used them before for our association but now they don't have time. He said to call MRT and I think that is what all should do. They are the worst and we'll never use or recommend again!!! Pathetic customer service!!! I wish there was no stars rating or negative stars because they definitely deserve them. They are the very WORST ever and just look at all the other 1 star reviews. I hope they always do well with companies because,if and when they don't, no one will lament over them going
bankrupt.

The best place around! All the plants are gorgeous and well kept; and the staff was super helpful and very friendly <3 definitely coming back for anything else I need.
