Awesome service, very nice people, and very fair labor rates/pricing. I took my zero turn
Mower to have it serviced and some minor maintenance. I dropped it off on Tuesday, and they called me on Thursday to tell me it was ready. Very good people and friendly staff. I highly recommend this business.

Terrible customer experience.
Ordered parts and was not told they would be backordered until i called two weeks later. They were happy with the sale and could care less how long i waited. They couldnt call the supplier and ask, they just stated that they didnt know and i would just have to wait with no end in site. Buy your parts somewhere where you are not just a sale!

Needed a part for my mower, I called and was told they could get the part in a week. I took my mower in and asked to have it repaired. After a week I called to see if it was ready. I was told there was no ETA on the part. It has been 3 weeks now, and no one has called. I'm thinking I should have gone somewhere else.

Very high-end machines ... Been driving our zero turn for five years without a mechanical problem ! Gravely mowers are awesome !!!
Update... Three years later and the Gravely is still mowing our 5+ acres ! I put a trailer hitch on it and pull a motorcycle trailer for picking up limbs and trees (thanks hurricane Michael) and drag a 5x4ft weighted chain link fence for horse manure spreading in the pasture.
