Great selection of clothing. Friendly & attentive customer service. This was our first ever visit to any Duluth Trading Company store & we were kind of surprised by the cost of the items. Even with the entire store being 20% off, we thought prices were a bit high. No doubt they have quality products, but they were still out of our comfortable price range. Would visit again in the future.

Duluth sells the best pants I've ever owned. Any time I've been dissatisfied with an article of clothing, the return policy is the best with a long return window. The customer service was awesome last time I visited here in October of 2024. Most of my Duluth purchases are online as I don't have a store local to me. They do returns in store, providing excellent customer service for online sales. Spokane, WA is another fantastic Duluth store I go to when in the region. I hope they one day open a location in the Tri-cities.

This is a Big store. They have so much to offer. You can even buy stuff for your car and dogs here as well as presents. The employees are super nice. It's nothing like a mall store ( thank goodness). Sizes to fit almost everyone. You can even order online and have it sent to your home or picked up in the store.

Took the grandfather here to shop from out of town because he loves the brand. He saw something on the way out and wanted to come back the next day to do more shopping. Asked this guy Noel for some help with where to find something. After the interaction, Noel walked away saying a few sarcastic profanities to himself not knowing that I was standing right there. Very professional buddy. Have some self awareness.

Purchased 3 pairs of Duluth Trading Company (DTC) underwear, at the recommendation of many on Reddit. I received the underwear, and they were quite nice to wear. I'd rate them 8/10 and was happy with the purchase. However, within 2 months, 2 of the 3 pairs had significant damage; one's waistband seam split, and another had fraying in multiple places. I was not hard on these, normal wash cycles and air dried, and each had less than 10 wears.

Return process was easy enough on the phone, but DTC then proceeded to charge me $8 from my refund to ship the defective items back. What a racket. If you're going to make a guarantee on the product, own the costs. Maybe I was unlucky, but I won't be buying from DTC after this.

There are not many of the Duluth Trading stores in this area so feel lucky when you battle the crowds at Jantzen Beach that you are not driving to Eugene. My wife had to fix an online order gone bad so we made the trek. The service was good and the selection was very good. Everything we needed for the holidays was there and the order was straightened out. Their clothing seems to be a pretty high quality and sizing is pretty true.
