Surprising!! All my life you do not go to a big box first. Always start at Ace. Get great service and suggestions for your project. Not here though !! A gentleman met me at the door. From there we went down hill. Asked for florescent light ballast. I was informed that I had to buy a new fixture. The shelf drawer bracket, he informed me, I would need to replace all the hardware. Drove
over to home Depot, got everything?. Never before!!!

This location has Top Notch service.
Always greeted at the entrance, help is just footsteps away.
Plenty of shopping carts.
Easy access parking with amply handicapped spots.
Huge clean restrooms.
Automatic doors with wide widths.
You’re gonna pay a few more bucks than the big box stores but you can’t beat the service, cleanliness and stocked shelves.

This place is truly special. Although it's small, you can find almost everything you need for your home. If they don't have it, you'll probably have a hard time finding it elsewhere.

Came in this Sunday and the service + goods I received were amazing! A nice young man named Om helped me out with getting some supplies for Milton with amazing service! If you’re looking for a place to buy some hardware and supplies, I seriously recommend this one. Just brought in my trash cans and outside decor and remembered this! Stay safe everybody!!

This rating is solely to the Hispanic (I believe) guy at the register this morning, 2/10/25. Who clearly didn't want to be at work and walked away... you are the reason why people buy things online to avoid people like you. Someone like that does not belong at a register. Let alone at a location where you are supposed to help customers.

5 star service. Came to buy some black cow and didn't have to lift a finger. I was so impressed one person greeted me, another helped me find the product and loaded my cart pushed it to the front, and yet another wheeled it to my car and loaded it up for me. Why would you go to a box store when you can get full concierge service from these guys? Shout out to the evening shift from 12/27 💪🏼

The customer associates are so helpful and pricing is competitive! Very nice store except for the strong odor of weed killers and lawn chemicals.as you enter the store. Could that be moved closer to the better vented end of the store please. Lots of people worry about health concerns.
