DREAMWORKS Landscape and Design.
This company showed up at my parents door during the pandemic, approximately 12 weeks ago, looking for work. They sold my parents a really good line for landscaping and my parents agreed to hire them. The work was beautiful initially however, the follow up was beyond disappointing. For those of you that know my parents, they are kind, trusting, and elderly. The owner of the company told me to my face that he was going to take care of my parents. I believed him until I realized that was a lie because it never happened. He told my parents that they would get a year of service included in the cost, which was basically four times a year they would fertilize the plants. They also pride themselves on being the only landscaping company that guarantees the plants. So when we told them some of the plants were dying, which was within the first 2 weeks, they never showed up to change them out. Every time I spoke to the owner, he told me that the company would come out and do some fixing at my parents house and leave some weed killer spray but they never showed up. About two weeks ago they called my father and told my father that be out Thursday or Friday. When I called on Friday and asked what time the people were going to show up I was told I'd get a call back in 5 minutes which did not happen so I called the owner back and he told me they'd be over in about an hour and a half or so. I said it would be really nice if they actually showed up this time to which I was told they didn't have to show up at all. I let him know that we've already had this conversation before and that it would be nice if they showed up. Well once again the company didn't show up. So now my parents have some dying plants and the fertilizer was never done. This company simply sells a good line but does not have a good work ethic, integrity, or honor and I told them so. I'm sharing our story with you so you don't get taken by the same company. the contract and the list of plants was never sent to my parents.

Did not complete job. We contacted with them early part of Dec 2020 to fill in water logged drive way @ business and to kill grass at same location. Filled in driveway perfectly but was told couldn't do grass at that time due to rain. Told water need to evaporate for 2 days. However. heard from company since middle of Dec. Both my husband and myself have tried calling owner-Chris, several times, left messages, texts and emails to no avail. He was also doing yardwork for my brother but just student stopped with no contact. Unfortunately can not recommend.

I called Dreamworks Landscaping for an estimate. I was not disappointed. Chris and his crew showed up... on time. Chris offered his professional opinion on several aspects of my project. Through his professionalism and quality work at a very fair rate I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for Dreamworks help. Now this summer my children will have the yard they deserve .
