I would highly recommend Down South Property Maintenance & Landscape Design. We live in Jupiter Farms and needed a company to clear our property that had gotten overgrown with weeds and invasive trees and plants. Austin and his team do an amazing job and are reasonably priced compared to other companies. We called two companies before hiring Down South, who gave us a much better price, and great service. Austin is very personable, knows the area, and knows what is necessary to beautify your property with very little instructions. They even removed numerous pallets, maybe 50, we had in our yard for a very low price, which was a big help because we never got around to do it ourselves. So, I asked my husband if he would like to add to the review. He said: Courteous, sincere, local, family-owned and highly recommended. It is not often we go online to give reviews, but Austin and his team is worth it.

Down South Property Maintenance was phenomenal. Austin came out to my house for an estimate. Very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Responded quickly to all my phone calls. We set up to do the job. The crew came out at the time they said they were going to arrive and immediately started knocking out the job. Very professional and the service was second to none. I couldn’t be happier with the results of the final product! Highly recommend!!!

Austin and his team are a serious crew! They get it done even if the task is daunting. Have a difficult HOA? Austin will work through the red tape towards a nice result. This is the exact reason we use them on our personal and various rental properties. Quality and communication are second to none, you will not be disappointed!!

Hired Austin and his crew to remove some very deep, rooted palms, and To replace grass with sod and add stone. The team was punctual, professional and worked all day. The price was very fair considering how hard they worked. They are incredible. I would not think twice about hiring them again.
