Absolutely fantastic experience at Doudna's Seminole Mowers Inc! I needed a unique bolt and a gasket for my older Toro recycler 22-in lawn mower, which were extremely hard to find. Not only did they have the gasket in stock at a great price, but they also identified and ordered the special bolt for me. Besides proving to be masters of their craft, he staff was incredibly patient and treated me like family. They promised a week for the bolt, but surprised me by getting it in just one day! This family-owned shop has been a staple in the community for about 60 years and truly cares about their customers. A gem of a mom and pop store in Seminole, FL. Will be a customer for life! This is an honest customer review from a local guy, NOT A PAID ADVERTISEMENT!

I took my power washer to be serviced at Donna’s mower repair. I thought my power washer was on its last leg. They did a service on my power washer and brought it back to life. It is like new and runs great.

First, Don’t except all major cc. Don’t work in dual generators regardless of it’s just a carb clean service. Took my mower in after having for 7 months. Told me my daughter most likely mowed the grass multiple times with the dip stick unscrewed, losing oil. Though the mower had no oil on it. It was clean. Then said it had all this grass and dirt in it and claimed the dip stick being unscrewed caused but didn’t check the air filter for dirt. Was warrantied but don’t go to bat for the consumer. If toro told someone in the review to go somewhere else, do it. I work in warranty and claims and no matter what, I go to bat for the customer, not the big manufacturer. Kept my mower for parts. Said we’re going to scrap. Sure.

I visited Doudna's Mowers this week...just to browse at a zero turn that I have been thinking about for a long time. I needed a mower that could cut higher than my John Deere lawn tractor could cut. The St. Augustine lawns are super high...and I needed help. This is where I met Kurt of Doudnas Mowers.

Rewind a few days ---- I had taken delivery of a 42" Toro Zero turn from The Orange big box store. Brand new. When I got it home...I found that it wasnt set up properly..nor did the guy who sold it to us know the first thing about the mower. Welcome to You Tube. When I first cut the lawn...I scalped the heck out it..because the deck was set up uneven. I started feeling very uncomfortable buying from a store that offered ZERO support. I took it back...and decided to take a different direction.

Current ----- Kurt at the mower shop was extremely busy...but found a way to handle several customers without making you feel ignored. I actually enjoyed listening to him talk about mowers to another customer. THIS guy knew what he was talking about. He can definitely multi-task!

When it was my turn, I told him what I had...and he had the same model as the other store had, but after having a brief conversation with me, he suggested one power level up, with a twin cylinder with more power and torque...that only cost $200...but could handle the task of mulching a very thick St. Augustine grass. Also the ease of self maintenance was apparent in this different machine. I signed up on the spot...and they also offered me free financing. I added a mulching kit to the purchase that Kurt gave me a break on. They delivered it two days later to my home...and Kurt was nice enough to hang tight and go over the entire mower. He even looked at my John Deere that I was getting ready to sell..and suggested I ask more than I thought it was worth. I did exactly what he suggested and sold the Deere the next day.

Today...I mowed the entire lawn. It came out BEAUTIFULLY! I stood back and just smiled!! Thank you Kurt for the outstanding service you gave. You made me feel appreciated..and in this day and age...that is NOT the norm. THANK YOU! By the way...I LOVE the color! Matches my truck!!

The people here are great they really tried to point you in the right direction of what you really need and what you don't need and if it's worth it or if it's not worth it so I'd say they got a pretty good team going I say if you have anything Toro bring it to them

Took our mower here as it was leaking gas. Fixed it up better than expected, quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Toro walk behind mower for $3500 a little over a year ago. A month after using it, it was in for repairs. In the year and 2 months we had it it’s been in the shop 5 times at Doudna’s for repairs. Called up Toro and explained the problems and Toro recommended another repair shop to take it to. The new repair shop said they have 10 costumers who had work done at Doudna’s Seminole Mowers and had problems after the repairs.

3 yrs w/yrly tuneups - never again!!!
$50 Deb & wk later - I called - finished -$50.56 balance due. Made Ck out & son went to picked up. Ck#118 to low & can’t use / wrong amt too. Sat. picked up w/ck & questioned diff amts. oops Sorry!!!
Sometimes we get things wrong.
Putting mower in car - wheel falling off / oops yes, we noticed when tuning up! Why didn’t you call me. In fact, why tune up if you can’t fix my wheel? Now…. I get to take somewhere else to get wheel fixed.
Copped an attitude when I questioned him.
Never again……
