I can’t say enough great things about Kris’ commitment to provide such attentive customer service. When I am confused about any functionality of my system, he always takes the call and spends his time to make sure I understand before hanging up. I literally just called and he walked me through what to do to adjust the system. When we have had issues in the past, he showed up in whatever free time he had and addressed the issue right away. He is totally fairly priced so we never feel we are somehow being taken advantage of. Having quality work done on your irrigation system is key and I trust Kris completely! Thank you!

Dalsimer is great. They resurrected my irrigation system which had been abandoned for years. Completely Re-plumbed everything, new pump, and managed to locate and repair dozens of sprinkler heads. Love these guys!

I had this company do work on my sprinklers because of their reviews! Upon their suggestion I had all of my sprinkler heads changed out, which was costly! Wasn't happy as the heads were over shooting into the street, and over my whole 3 car driveway. I tried to adjust them myself with minimal results. I called today to have them come and assess and rerun new sprinklers as my landscape has changed. Chris wanted to make sure that I knew there would be a charge to come and look at my project as they do not do free estimates! Seriously.. I am a repeat customer who has concerns yet wants to provide you with more work! Unbelievable! Steer Clear!

The Dalsimers are amazing people to work with. They are knowledgeable, dependable, and a joy to work with.
