I ordered 6 pallets of Bahia on a Wednesday for pick up the next day. They told me they had it all in stock and would be ready for pick up. I had to prepay for all 6 pallets. When my driver got there they told him they didn’t have it all and he would need to return an hour later because they were getting a delivery. My driver delivered the 5 pallets at my residence. Over an hour had gone by and he returned to the store and still had to wait for the truck to arrive. Later that evening, my wife and I started to lay the sod. What a freaking mess!!! Only the top layer was nice thick cut pieces the middle of the pallet was just small pieces that were falling apart when you picked them up. They had no order as to how they were cut and how big the pieces were. Before you knew it we were at the bottom of the pallet which had a few good pieces like the top did. ALL OF THE PALLETS WERE LIKE THIS. It took us extra time and unfortunately by the time we were done we had a pallet full of waste. Do not buy sod from here!!!! They offer a pallet buy back however two of the pallets were already broken when we received them. They will only take pallets back in perfect condition. I know we will be having to resod our yard because the “good” pieces were mostly dead. Save your time and money. I am embarrassed for the owners that work here selling this to their customers. It’s just bad business. I wish I would have taken more pictures. The pictures do not do it justice. It looks nice on the pallet but trust me it is not!!!

Start caring for your dogs better or I will start calling animal control. They are outside all day barking and whining, it's not fair to them or anyone else who lives near you. Even your horse sounds unhappy. Your great Dane is still getting loose somehow. Do better.

Do not rely on this place to help you with your business. Even if you pay in advance is highly unlikely, they will have sod available. Paid for sod in advance a few days ago was told it would be put aside for me but when I showed up they tsaid they had none and they would refund my purchase. That doesn't help me because now I have to tell my client that I'm not able to do the job due to my supplier not having said items they promised.

Drivers are reckless and inconsiderate. A technician whipped out off the shoulder into a 50 MPH road with 150ft of braking distance just to go 10MPH. That wouldn't be so bad if I was in a tight sports car that can handle braking that fast,
but I was in a van full of tools that sloshed off all the shelves. Unprofessional. Unsafe. If you're hauling a trailer with tons of pipes,
wait for a bigger break in traffic. (FL-39 at like 8:25am on Sept 13, 2023)

Sod was installed very irregular with open trails around it not meeting up with the yard. Sod in front was bad and never rooted and company would not make right. Refused to replace or repair without paying again.Would not return calls. Have never had such bad customer service. Had to call someone else to fix and pay twice for the same job. But was a much better job.Do not recommend.!!!!

If you want quality sod go somewhere else, owner claims there is nothing they can do about their low quality sod due to the rain. If thats the case notify the customer and let them know ahead of time the return process. The "owner" Daisy is extremely rude and unprofessional, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Wanted to re-sod my front yard. They delivered the very next day. Purchased 2 pallets of bahia. Have already given their contact info to neighbors who have asked.
