It's such a busy place since they closed the other store. Now they are overwhelmed doing prescriptions. They remodeled and put 4 pickup stations in to get your prescriptions but they only use one, and there's always long lines inside and out.

No sense of customer service. I was the 3rd car in line for drive thru pharmacy at 1pm. Waited 10 mins for them to serve the first car. Then it took another 20 mins to serve the second. When it was my turn at 1:31pm, they closed for lunch break til 2pm. There were 7 cars backed up into the street because of the lack of service.

Couldn't find a couple common items. Walked all over the store to find someone to ask. Nobody except cashier in front an pharmacy, had to stand in check out line 10 people deep just to ask a question. Then their answer was, I'm not sure, try Isle 8 ( nowhere close ) finally found after another 15 min search.

CVS is a joke as a business. If we are honest, they were never a model to be followed regarding customer service, but they have degraded even more after, I assume someone from the administration had the “wonderful” idea of deciding the employees should not take phone calls. Now, when the customer needs to speak to someone in the pharmacy the only option is to leave a message and “pray” they will call back. Rarely they will return your call, but it is also useless since apparently having critical skills is not a job requirement to work for CVS. In the end, the customer is the one who suffers from the incompetence of people who get paid from our money. I am switching to a local pharmacy because I had enough of this trashy customer service. They should be out of business.

The wait times at my location have been ridiculous, especially since they closed the other store in town. When you go to a pharmacy to pick up medication, it is normally because you are sick and you do not feel well and standing in line for 30 to 60 minutes for your medication is not an ideal situation. I feel for the employees because the customers are not happy when they get to the counter and it is not the employee's fault. It is the fault of CVS. More employees need to be on the clock at all times.

Now that they've combined two stores, the lines at this CVS are horrendous! The clerk was not helpful when the sale price did not ring up on some nonprescription items. It was only resolved when I asked for a manager. Prior to that, the clerk suggested I wait in line at the front of the store as I might have "better luck" with the sales price coming up at those registers.

There really should be an option for zero stars for this pharmacy. A prescription was sent for an epipen and they continuously told me they were out stock, that my insurance only covered brand epipens. The pharmacist was really quick to be able to charge me $109 for a non generic brand but why would I do that? If I have insurance. The other option was to call once a week to see if they get the epipen instock and they would not autofill it even if they did. (So basically call and get lucky) I spoke to publix pharmacy and they also told me they were out of stock but they'll order it and have it available within 48 hours. I transferred the prescription so fast. Why would a patient have to call in every week, when other pharmacies can order medications for you. Cvs pharmacy is a joke.
