Cruz and his crew were professional on all levels. They were very respectful of us, our property and our neighbors. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves every day. They power wash after also.
They continue to check on the job for weeks after as well to make sure everything is going well.

UPDATE 2 8/25/2023
Company continues to harass us about review two years later. Picked up earlier this summer after they botched a neighbors job who requested to have their landscaping done "similar" to our yard, at twice the price. Neighbors Yard remains incomplete. So I can comment now on the quality of their work: Awful work and limitless harassment
UPDATE: After review, my Fiancé received a call, claiming he did not receive our messages, despite them being sent to the same number and text string we had been communicating on. Despite messages and texts, we only received a call back due to leaving a review.
Cruzin was given the opportunity to rectify the situation and not lose a lucrative job, yet we were only met with hostility for losing a five star review.
Reviews are first person accounts of dealings with an entity. I cannot comment on their landscaping work as they lost our business due to the unprofessional and misleading experience we endured procuring an estimate. After patiently waiting nine days (After 5 days for the first) for an estimate that we politely requested be more extensive. The estimate was for a significant job with many facets that necessitated a professional, itemized proposal. Initially, the estimate we received after five days was merely an estimate via text with only 3 prices with a one word generic description. Honesty, I believe he never did the estimate, nor cared, due to backlog, and only responded because of the review.

I will add that when we met they were extremely friendly and seemed to know what they are doing, so this is not a reflection of the work. I appreciate and accept the apology, yet stand my initial comments.

Earlier today I had hoped we could rectify the situation.

Ours was a new construction home in a new development with an unfinished backyard. Cruzin Landscaping beat all other landscaping quotes around. We ended up getting a beautifully crafted backyard, fantastic concrete work, sod, and a fully functioning irrigation system. Cruz personally returned to make minor fixes here and there. He also came over during his off time to help us understand the irrigation system timing system at no extra charge. He and his guys were pleasant to work with. We would surely use them again in the future. We got more than we paid for.

Failed to show up to do an estimate of a landscaping project I wanted done. Second attempt at getting an estimate ended in failure again, to call when he said he would to verify he would be here for estimate appointment & then did not show up at time specified. Failed to respond to multiple text message inquiries & phone messages left at his business & personal mobile phone. I would not want to do business with anyone who can't even be courteous enough to tell me he couldn't or wouldn't do the estimate, & obviously not interested in doing any landscaping for me. Considering so many stellar reviews in the past on his website, I think maybe Cruzin Landscape is slipping considerably in their professionalism.
