Ordered a pallet of St Augustan sod. Not sure what I received but it is not what I ordered. The sod that arrived was a mess full of weeds, dead grass, and each piece was a different size leaving the yard uneven to walk on. So I called today and all I got was that I have to provide my receipt because they will not acknowledge my order of St Augustine. AND then they will give me an estimate to replace with new sod. Avoid this place. You will never get their cooperation. Both photos were taken in a garden that the grass has over taken.

I never said that I could not provide them with the receipt. I said that I could not find it now. But I will. The sod that was laid is Bermuda even though she claims that they do not carry it. I made it very clear that the community does not allow anything other than St Augustine. The reason the call took so long to make was due to a serious hospitalization. Yes I got mad but the woman who answered would not let me say anything that mattered because she was too busy telling me that I was wrong!!

Had to pay extra for delivery and wait a day. When delivered they gave me the worst pallet of sod they had on the lot. Sod appears to have been sitting forever, it was all dried out and full of weeds, sod squares were all broken apart and basically a third of the pallet was unusable. The usable pieces were not uniformly cut and were all different sizes making what I could use a real pain to piece together in a square yard. Save yourself the time and money and got to Aventura nursery or another reputable place.

County Line Nursery did an outstanding job in removing the sod and installing the new sod. Their price was very reasonable and I would definitely use this company again. The whole staff was professional in every aspect of this job. Thank you!

Ordered $4,000 sod job for my house which turned out to be a disaster. Installed as lumpy garbage and the company refused to return any communication. They also stated that the huge water bill would be reimbursed by the utility co which was also false.

Had them come out to measure our front yard for sod and got a quote which was the best deal in town. Scheduled the delivery/installation which went smoothly on April 8 until the installers told us that they didn’t have enough sod to cover the final 1/4 of the yard. They told us they would return the following Monday with the remainder. I called the Nursery and spoke with Joan who ensured me that what I was told was true and that they were out of sod and would deliver the remaining the following Monday after they received their delivery. Did they show up the following Monday? Nope. Did they contact us at all? Nope. Did they cash my $1150 check? Yep! And only 3/4 of my yard has grass! I contacted Joan again on April 24 (1.5 weeks after she told me they would deliver the remaining sod) and she ensured me I would receive the remainder by today April 26th... needless to say, still nothing! Rip off! Deserves ZERO stars!

Ordered 2 pallets of bahia sod to be delivered Friday. The sod was old, dry, & filled with weeds. Over half the pieces were broken. When I complained the next day, I was told that was the way it came in. No offer of compensation. The price is low but so is the quality. I will never use them again.

County line removed my old grass and installed new sod. Price was the best I found. They did a fantastic job. Very professional staff installing and at the office, they truly couldn’t have been nicer to deal with just a great experience all the way around. I highly recommend them!!!

They promised delivery before Christmas, no called no showed. They then made contact and assured it would be delivered the next day. No call no show, and now no response. Ruined my payday to take my family out of state to visit family, and left a customers yard a dust bowl for a week and a half until I got more sod from another company. I had been in contact over a week before initial delivery date. Poor professionalism
