Melanie and Brianna are amazing! They helped us out and were very attentive to what we needed done. It's a nice neighborhood, a little dinged up, but very nice and clean overall. Five stars for the staff though, who have been great and made the move in process easy.

I wish I could give this apartment building zero stars. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare since I moved in December 2024. The problems just keep piling up, and it feels like no one in management cares.

First of all, the ant problem is absolutely ridiculous. No matter what I do—traps, sprays, you name it—those little pests are everywhere! I've had pest control come out multiple times, but it feels like they do nothing at all.

Then there's the shower situation. The walls are coming loose, and all I can smell is mildew. To make matters worse, the shower leaks onto the floor constantly, and I’ve tried everything to fix it. It’s beyond frustrating!

Service requests? Good luck! I’ve submitted multiple requests, but they go ignored until I have to call emergency maintenance just to get someone to actually take action. It’s like pulling teeth to get anything done around here. Management is completely unresponsive and offers zero support.

On top of everything, certain packages I've ordered have gone missing, and it feels like no one is taking responsibility for that either. The longer I stay here, the worse everything gets. I regret my decision to move in and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

I’ve worked with Country Lake Apartments over the past 3 years, collaborating with Kendall and Ema maintaining the properties trees. Their dedication in keeping the trees in excellence condition is truly commendable. They do a fantastic job, and it’s always a pleasure working with such a dedicated team.

Ive lived here for more than 2 years now and am completing my current lease to make it 3 years, & I cannot wait for that day. There are nonstop issues that are rarely addressed properly, if at all. Whether its my garage door not working because it was broken in to (gate is open 24/7), my washing machine being replaced a handful of times and still not working, or the many of leaks coming from my apartment randomly (washer/bathroom) that my poor downstairs neighbors have to deal with. Its a challenge itself just to get someone to pick up the phone. Dont move here.

As a contractor I provide services for this property often . This property has one of the best maintenance teams I have come across! Ivan is a very knowledgeable supervisor and that makes my job easier to do when someone understands what they are dealing with. Also the office is very kind and helpful!

We have living here since last two years ago when we moved from New York . Our daughter is around 5 months and she is now 2.5 years old. Brianna has waived our deposit fees when we first moved in . She was very thoughtful and did awesome job showing around the property . Very Professional and seems polite . Her communication skills with tenants are very good .
The only drawback is complex is pretty expensive with amenities fees. They charged CAM fees which is higher as compared to other complex and playground , basketball areas seems not clean enough , also all stairs are not clean either . People don’t pick up their dog shit . Gym bathroom never has toilet paper and paper towel. They charged Valley trash is pretty expensive and very picky . Sometimes they forgot to pick up . Neighborhood in number 12th buildings are very noisy and played music around 2am or 3am with door open .
Overall, it is not bad . We are still current resident and just renewed the lease . We decided to renew the lease because of location and didn’t increase too much during the lease renewal. They have a small pond and lots of ducks which my daughter enjoys the most, going to playground.

*DON’T MOVE HERE* I moved in March of this year and have had nothing but issues. My roommate moved in a few days before me and before I even had moved in, my BATHROOM FLOODED out to the kitchen despite it not being used. After I moved in I noticed water pooling on my bathroom floor even if the shower wasn’t recently used. We put in several maintenance requests, but the problem was never fixed until the tenants below us had the ceiling fall through. The property manager called threatening me with damage charges if I didn’t contact maintenance to have them fix the problem I’d already called about.

Maintenance finally came to fix the bathroom leak and they had to cut a large hole in my closet. I had to remove everything from my closet and the hole was there for days with clothing, shoes, etc from my closet cluttering my room. I ended up just sleeping on my couch while they were doing their repairs. While the hole that was cut in the wall was open, I became very sick. I talked to the maintenance guy about the possibility of MOLD being present, especially since there was obviously water that had been leaking since before I moved. I was told there’s no possibility of MOLD since at that moment there was no moisture he could see. After they ā€œfixedā€ the problem, the fixtures in my bathroom aren’t flush or really attached to anything which I imagine is still allowing water into the walls. The pipe for the shower head is too long so if I try to move or adjust the shower head position the whole pipe moves in the wall. The maintenance guy had me help him install the shower head and told me the pipe was too long but he didn’t want to fix it. It looks horrible!

Currently we are trying to get the office to deal with a BUG problem that we’ve put multiple maintenance requests in for but has never been addressed. We just found a bunch of COCKROACHES behind the thermostat but have seen a few around. The rest are ANTS, I get a lot in my shower and this spring the elm seed bugs were everywhere.

We’ve had our washer break, the trash valet has gone a week without picking up our garbage (we get to pay 2 monthly fees either way), there’s always dog poo in the grass by my car. The neighbors yell at each other like clockwork every morning, and I even had their eviction notice taped to my door one day which caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety. I had to leave work early to deal with the issue. The maintenance guy even told me how the tenants here aren’t smart enough to use a microwave and that’s why there aren’t any in our unit. Our furnace broke and we had a portable a/c unit installed for 2 weeks that barely cooled the unit.

I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. The management doesn’t care about their tenets and views them very negatively from what I’ve been told by management. Country Lake is obviously not a luxury apartment complex, but the longer I live here the less and less I view this property as providing safe and decent housing as per my rights as a tenant. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere!
