Our family has been doing business with the Cosson family for as long as I can remember. They do the job right the first time! No unnecessary repairs like some of the other local shops!

They did right by us. We had taken our Lawn mower to them. Got it back the next day a part fell off. The mechanic came to our house took it back to the shop then dropped it off that evening.

Charged twice for same job. Extremely terrible company who takes advantage of the elderly. Dropped off riding lawn mower for belt replacement. Picked up the mower and never even cut grass before belt bound up completely. Upon inspection I found that they installed the belt wrong and then said that Im the one who put the belt on that way even though I brought it back the same day under warranty. Why would I pay them and then do it myself? Terrible company. They charged me again and would not let me take lawn mower without paying them. Total scam and extremely unprofessional. Save time and money and choose a different repair man.

You'd think they'd have a system by now. Mom and Dad had 2 things to get done: a pressure washer running again, and new blades put on a riding mower. Simple stuff, right? They had the units 13 days. Call and say the mower is ready, but the washer is not, whatever. Will be $52. Cool. I head over from the other side of town to get the mower (because Mom and Dad can't), only to be told it's the washer that's ready, not the mower. Like we misunderstood something. Shortly after leaving, I decide to go back and ask if the blades could just be put on while I wait (since, ya know, Y'ALL are they ones that told us the mower is ready, and it's such a quick procedure). Seemed to be asking a lot with that one. Goes and asks the mechanic, "he said give him about an hour, he'll have it ready for you". An hour. To do a 10-15 min procedure. Nah, I leave. Halfway home I get a call from Dad that everything is ready, but the price has changed dramatically. Now it's over $100. Wait, what I pull in for the 3rd time today.
Price to get the washer going was $91. High.
Price to put 2 new blades on a mower...ready?...$103. Crazy.

But really, the best part, was feeling like an inconvenience, a bother to be there. They were doing me a favor.

Do YOURSELF a favor, and go somewhere else.

They worked on my riding lawnmower. Said it needed all kind of things so $706 later and after 3 weeks. I got it back cut one side lower than the other and the blade was so low on the highest setting it scalps the lawn. So they took it back. After 2 more weeks I get it back. Another $91 it cuts even but is still scalping my grass on highest blade setting. It didn’t do that before they worked on it. Expensive lesson!!

Had a friend go in for a new throttle line they agreed to a price and when my friend went to pick it up (I was with him) the guy at the counter said they did all this extra work because of “good Service” yet didn’t even contact us to make us aware of the extra work and doubled the price when we went to pick it up. 🤦🏽‍♂️I understand y’all are trying to be helpful but can’t do extra work and not make someone aware of it or the fact that you will be charging them extra.

They rebuilt the carburetor on our pressure washer. Never ran so good! First pull. Reasonable price also. Thank you!!
