Conserva is always responsive and pays attention to detail. We have a big, complicated front and back yard with lots of different plants, trees, landscaping etc and Conserva does an amazing job making sure all receive water properly while keeping the costs manageable. Shane has been the key Conserva service provider/manager for us and he is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and service-oriented.

John, the main installer and his helper, Colby did a phenomenal job redoing my irrigation system. John is super meticulous! He fine -tuned all the misting heads after installing them until they were perfectly positioned. He doubled/triple checked everything, communicating with me often. Conserva Irrigation is truly fortunate to have such a fantastic worker/representative for its company. Colby is lucky to be learning from and working with John. They're a great team!

Full marks and sincere thanks to Conserva for their responsiveness and helpfulness in our time of urgent need. Here's what happened:

The next-door neighbor informed us that water was free-flowing from a sprinkler valve box in our lawn. We suspected the pressurized irrigation line to the valve was broken. In order to stop the free-flow at the valve box in the yard it was necessary to shut off ALL water -- including the water to the inside of the house -- leaving us facing the prospect of no water until it could be repaired (...all night, even...?)

I reached out to Conserva and explained to Colleen our urgent plight. Fortunately, she was able to give us an appointment for later that same afternoon.

Conserva tech Billy Quinlan called about 20 minutes before arriving to say he was on the way. Once on premises, Billy surveyed the situation; and agreeing with our diagnosis, Billy efficiently set about repairing the broken line and replacing the old sprinkler valve with a new one. After testing and confirming the correct operation of the new valve, Billy restored service -- including water to the inside of the house, which was our most pressing concern.

(We suspect a heavy, riding lawn mower ran over the valve box once too often.)

Billy's knowledge, professionalism, and friendly "can-do" attitude throughout the experience was and is so very much appreciated. We are happy to give Billy, Colleen, and Conserva Irrigation full marks; and based on this experience, we would not hesitate to call upon Conserva again for our future irrigation needs.

Had a new complete irrigation system was installed in 2 days. Original system was 35 years old. Now lawn watering heads and landscape heads all now target each plant saving water. All zones can be controlled by your smart phone and monitors the weather forecast adjusting water schedule. All good.

Conserva Irrigation changed our system to a submersible pump in canal behind our house. What a difference it made. Pressure now is amazing. No primming issues. Billy handled the entire project and did an amazing job.
