Excellent experience.

We stayed at the Cabana, which was very clean and comfortable. I expected an outdoor kitchen to be a little grungy, but everything was nice. We did have to reset the power, but the appliances were clean and the dishes are stored in Tupperware bins. There was new wood interiors and the shower was hot, making the inside spaces incredibly comfortable. The space between sites is enough that you have plenty of privacy to sit on the deck and enjoy a fire. Absolutely recommended if you want that "almost camping" feel, but also enjoy having a real bed and bathroom. We will definitely come back!

My only concern up front was the drive in. I have a Camry and the dirt road was very washed out in places due to heavy rain, so be aware of that if you have a low-clearance vehicle. Do not plan on taking a car to the creek, you'll need to walk the ~1 mile.

Minor issue where I didn't get a text in the morning with the virtual check-in info (mistake in typing my phone number from the hotel). I had to call a few times to get an answer, but the owner was incredibly polite. Overall I felt very welcome.

We had our wedding at Coldwater Gardens and it was an unforgettable weekend! We loved having our friends and family stay on site with us. The grounds and camp site are beautiful and well kept. The owner is constantly making plans to improve the venue and camp site. Using Coldwater as wedding venue is a very reasonable price compared to other venues around. You really get a lot of bang for your buck by being able to use the venue, cabins and tents for the full weekend!

Absolutely beautiful property! I had my wedding there over the weekend in November and it was perfect! The owner was Easy to get in touch with, but also allowed us our privacy on the property. All the guests were commenting on how beautiful it was there and the cabins were great! Everything was amazing! Would recommend to any person to stay at coldwater gardens!

Tim, the owner, is amazing and Coldwater Gardens is glamping perfection. The tents are always clean and well appointed. Just show up with your food and you are good to go! We especially appreciate the outdoor shower, sink and fire ring. The chairs provided are very nice too. Our kids love the creek and riding their bikes. My husband and I like to take walks. Highly recommend for a few days in nature!

Absolutely fantastic. my family stayed at the stargazer platform this summer, and we were delighted. The camp site was easy to reserve, the premises are pristine. The sandbars are absolutely stunning and such a fun day of swimming for the whole family from toddlers to adults. Clear calm refreshing water, white sand and a fantastic time. The perfect getaway at a really fair price, customer service was great, bathhouse was clean and always available. Trails to hike or ride a bike, we brought an electric scooter and had a blast. Canoeing down the road. And about a 20 minute drive to a dollar general and chain gas stations. We will absolutely be back. Don’t hesitate to spend some time outdoors here!

WOW! We attended a family wedding this past weekend and it was wonderful! The cabin was extremely comfortable, the grounds very well kept and the wedding area amidst the gardens and the "lodge" were perfect for the event. We enjoyed walking and seeing deer each morning and strolling through the greenhouse each day, watching the koi and looking at all of the beautiful plants in the gardens. You've done an impeccable job creating a peaceful, serene locale.

We're talking about booking a long weekend or perhaps coming back during Thanksgiving week. Thank you for encouraging us all to relax and enjoy nature while at Coldwater Gardens.

We recently attended a wedding at this beautiful venue! I’d give them 10 stars if we could!

We stayed in a ‘canopy cabin’ it was clean and spacious! Fully equipped bathroom and a small well equipped kitchen! Plenty of parking AND a personal fire pit area!

Other family members stayed in the clamping tents and cabins! All so well appointed! The bathrooms were clean -

The main gathering area was big, also well equipped and clean. The entire area was beautifully kept!

There are trails and a lazy river to explore!

A beautiful venue for a wedding, family reunion or just a weekend away!

My family and I had the most wonderful little long weekend get away to Coldwater Gardens. We stayed in one of the glamping tents and it had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and they even had electric blankets for a particularly cold night. We cannot wait to visit again soon!!
