Ronnie and his team did a fantastic job installing pine straw in my beds. Ronnie handled the proposal and scheduling flawlessly. Tron, Tad and Dylon arrived on time and with superior skill, had our beds blanketed with a nice thick weed controlling layer. The team took care to apply the straw evenly and without sticks or pinecones. They were all excellent communicators and great to work with!

Overall, I had a great experience working with this company. Clear communication, the job was done as scheduled and in a very timely manner. My yard needed to be completely cleaned up of leaves and debris that had accumulated over years from the previous owner. A crew of four to five completed the job, which made their work very fast and efficient. I look forward to working with them in the future and will definitely recommend their services to others. Coastal Property maintained my lawn from March - October.
The major issue occurred while I was deployed. I paid for them to service my lawn, including operating the irrigation system throughout the summer.
When I returned home, half of my lawn was dead from not being watered for 6 months.
It took 3 attempts and 2 weeks to get someone from the company out to inspect the damage and explain what happened.
When Ronnie finally came out he refused to admit that the company had failed to turn on the irrigation system, claiming he would have never messed up and that his son was the only other person to touch the irrigation systems and wouldn’t have made an error either. He also claimed they would have contacted me regarding damages to the lawn but I was never contacted by the company other than for reminders of upcoming or moved service dates.

I know the irrigation system was never turned on because I confirmed with multiple neighbors that the irrigation system was never turned on, it was still set to normal hours when my neighbors would have seen it. There was also a broken sprinkler head(they damaged) that would have been very obvious had the system been turned on.

The main issue is this company killed the lawn, refused to take ownership of the issue, promised to help fix the issue then never came back.

Ronnie admitted they probably broke the sprinkler head and had someone come out to fix it(again after I had to contact the company multiple times to remind them). The cuts and edging were also satisfactory, therefore they get 1 star.

This company is not reliable nor is it worth the cost.

Ron and his team were great. They completed the project on time and professionally. We were under a time crunch to landscape our yard for an upcoming wedding and everything came together as planned

Ron managed the project through out and I would definitely recommend them based on cost, dependability and attention to details.

I hired Ronnie Colson of coastal lawn care and landscaping to repair and replace my irrigation system. Together with Dylon, Tad and Tron they spent a few days getting the sprinkler system repaired and set up a multi-zone system working nicely. Their cost was reasonable and I also employed them to clean up a yard left a mess by prior owners. Outstanding work and the yard is now ready for further repair by installation of dirt/sod. I have been very pleased with their efforts and professionalism and look forward to achieving future landscaping goals with this company. I highly recommend them with a 10/10 score.

We hired CPM to clean up our yard, plant new bushes, remove dead trees, fix our irrigation system and we were very happy with the final product! Ronnie at every step was responsive and when a sudden issue with our sprinklers occurred, he came immediately to help us find a solution. His team Tron, Dylon, and Tad were fantastic. They were very kind and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product. I definitely recommend them and will be calling on them for any future work we need done on our home!

Arrangements were made for CPM to trim our 8-10 foot tall viburnums by 2 feet & remove the debris while we were on vacation.
