I cannot say enough about Barry and the team at Clear Cut Landscaping. From beginning to end, this was a seamless project with zero issues. Barry was great to work with and was a man of his word. All the cost were laid out in an easy line item format that let us know exactly when an installment was due and exactly what part of the project would be completed next. We gave Barry an idea of what we needed and he took plenty of time to walk us through the design elements which allowed us to choose what was right for us and stay within our budget. Barry worked with with us anytime we requested a change or an addition and ensured we were satisfied with the results. The crews that worked at our home were courteous, professional and very very good at what they do. The worksite was cleaned up at the end of every day and supplies or tools that need to stay on site were neatly stored and kept as out of the way as possible. From beginning to end, Barry’s word was solid and it is apparent that his professional integrity is a cornerstone of how he conducts business. I would not hesitate to recommend them because I know I will be utilizing their skills again soon.

Had a complete backyard redo. They were quick, despite having to work around some big rains; and gave great tips to make the design even better than we thought. They were professional and worked within our budget. My daughter especially likes the swing they put in for her and I love that it’s a beautiful design and not a metal eyesore, and it’s very sturdy!! Had a few questions about maintenance and they were very quick to answer my questions. They were also knowledgeable to ensure plants were dog friendly, as we had a new puppy, and knew he would try and eat everything. I love that I can sit in my backyard in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Barry and his team did a remarkable job on our backyard. Starting with the vision of Kate Bowers Design, through clearing, landscaping, and cleanup. The team was easy to work with and always accessible. It’s always great to work with great people. We hope to work with them again on our front yard soon.

Clear Cut Landscaping did a beautiful job on our backyard project. Barry was reasonably priced and was good about offering cost saving measures (cleaning and reusing our old block on a retaining wall that needed to be replaced).

The crew was polite, cleaned up daily, and Barry communicated with me every day with updates and "next up" on the schedule.

Would highly recommend this local Orangevale company.

I’ve wanted to landscape my front yard for years. I worked with Clear Cut - their team was professional, respectful, and the hardest working crew I’ve ever seen. Within three weeks everything was completed and in place….people who come to my house love it and wonder at first if they pulled up to the right house. There was continual communication and check in’s which I appreciated.

I contacted Clear Cut Landscaping to finish a job another landscaper abandoned. They came in cleaned up and prepped the site, planted similar trees and shrubs added concrete, lighting, and ground cover, they completed the job in a timely manner with no issues! They did an excellent job I will hire them again to take care of my landscaping projects! Thank you, Berry and Charles and your crew!
