I have Preston from Cuts of Augustine . He comes with his crew whenever I need him he works me into the schedule. They came and got 5 bags of leaves out of my front yard! It was amazing ?. They are hard working people. Thank you for all your work. Amen

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with Clean Cuts. They never performed the trimming I requested. They did not show up for service, yet billed me for it (they did provide a refund). Gave me zero notice that they were going to discontinue my service leaving me scrambling for someone on short notice. When I was open and honest with the owner that I would share my experience, he stated he would respond with the "real truth" whatever that is. He stated that he came by to do my yard, but that it was too wet (even though my neighbors yards were cut with no issues). So let me add poor communication to the list of grips I have. It would be good practice to notify your customer that you came by and decided to skip service as opposed to leaving them guessing and then receiving a bill for a service that you did not provide. I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience with them.

Five stars are not enough to express my appreciation for the service rendered to me by Preston at Clean Cuts of Saint Augustine. I was referred to Clean Cuts by my real estate broker at a time when I needed to secure the services of someone experienced, honest, and reliable who would bill me on a service-by-service basis. I live 1350 miles away from my property in Florida, and desperately needed someone i could trust and rely upon to maintain my property. From the first conversation I had with Preston, I have received exceptional, professional, timely service of the highest caliber. He is an experienced professional who is thorough, responsive and was always accessible when I needed to speak with him. I cannot recommend Clean Cuts of Saint Augustine highly enough! I wish every business I deal with operated the way they do. They are just reliable. I never have to worry about getting charged when they don't come, don't have to worry about them destroying my plants or leaving the gate open or any of the other horror stories I hear from people using other landscapers. Their workers always do a good job and show respect to my property. Good communication and reliable.
