I was looking for a dealer to get more information to buy a good quality zero turn mower. I meet Mike Morris the sales rep. He was very polite, extremely knowledgeable on all the products and not high pressure sales . He recommend a Hustler Raptor XD 42" mower for my needs. It was nice that there is a veteran discount and great finance options. Also the service and parts department support all the products they sell. The shop was well stocked. And all the employees I came in contact with were helpful and kind. Thanks for a nice shopping experience and helping me find my next new mower.

Called and asked for a price for a belt I was quoted at $76 plus tax when I arrived. I was told it was 111 and they made a mistake. I was bit upset and the customer service agent that was there started telling me if I don’t like it go somewhere else. Everybody came out and started with an attitude, including the owner. I was trying to explain to him that a $40 mistake it’s a huge mistake specially when you’re in a small business owner, his attitude was take it or leave it. Poor customer service will never go there again .
