Chase and his crew have been maintaining our over an acre vacation rental property for us for 1 1/2 years.
Chase demonstrates integrity in that he is honest, hardworking, and dependable.

One of the most amazing things he does for us is service the lawn on Saturday before our guests arrive.

I’ve visited the property without notice and I’ve come to realize that it will always be taken care of! If he gets rained out, he will reschedule or cancel the service for that day! My previous landscaper charged me whether they came out or not.

Chase has been able to repair irrigation repairs as needed and managed to complete the job quickly.

Chase came out after a Tropical storm when he had his own property to care for in that our wedding guests were able to have their dream wedding!

Just recently he and his crew did a major cleanup of palm trees ? and overall overgrown shrubs and the place looks amazing!

Chase and his crew also install pine mulch and make the mulch spread out as much as possible to give us the best bang for our buck!

My yard was in terrible shape, called Chase at 30A Landscaping LLC and he was there the next day. I can actually walk around my back yard now and my neighbors aren't giving me dirty looks about my front yard when they drive by. Very professional, polite, and reasonably priced.
