I have been to several ROCK stores. Cascade is my favorite. VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL staff. That made the difference for me. I got 90% of my rocks from cascade and made this waterfall. Lava, Sonoma Gold, Feather rocks and River rocks mostly.

Just left Cascade Rock for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Omar was great at helping us get the boulders and slate we needed for our garden. We are always doing projects in our yard and I am so happy I found this place! Super affordable and everyone is so nice. I will definitely be back!

They were running late for my delivery, They never called to let me know . There was a 2hr window.. it wasn’t till I called, and they said it would be a couple more hrs . They did not bother to even call me .
I give 3 since I went there a few times and their service was ok

(1) They had two types of planter mix: regular and special (Justin mix). We ordered the special one. After we filled our raised garden beds with it, we realized that It was mostly dirt with no water holding capacity at all. It was such a waste of our money and labor.
(2) We also ordered playground mulch. It seemed nice at the first glance; however, got discolored within a few months.
(3) Their dolomite was good in quality
(4) Their delivery service wasn't dependable too. We hired two people to help us based on the delivery time that they promised. However, it was a couple of hours late, which caused us more money for the labor. Also, when we asked them about it, they were not cooperative at all, rather wanted to cancel the delivery after such a long wait time.
Overall, not recommended at all.

It's a rock yard. And, they have a decent selection of bagged materials. It works like most commercial places, not homeowner focused, which is to be expected. Oh, and the bags they use are not plastic (you can't see through them, you have to tour the yard) but they are really nicely bagged...really! Nice bags.

This place has good materials and selection. The forklift operator was very helpful. The customer service is outstanding. Sean Denton helped me order an average size order today for us (30 boulders) and when I was leaving he said “No..thank you. You are the reason we are here, without you we are nothing”. He loudly stated from a distance. It’s hard to find people like that. I would definitely recommend this business to my clients.
