Todd is a pro. He and his crew are helpful, mostly responsive and mostly thorough. Todd has a good rapport with his clients, who like us have stayed with him for years

Moved into a new house in Santa Rosa that was in serious need of weed removal, ivy removal, pruning and trimming of bushes and trees. They do it all. Todd, the owner, came out to my house personally after less than 24 hours of me contact them. He gave us a great quote and work started that same week. Quality of work is awesome and the crew is really personable. Would highly recommend to any residence or business!

aka "Break the Budget Landscape"...

We had waited a long time to have are yard landscaped. Todd spoke with us and seemed real nice. We agreed on a price signed an agreement. Todd continually reinforced that we would " work together"...

It was a large $$$ figure and Todd insisted that "there was no need for a costly drawing"... "The yard would look great and all would be happy". We waited longer then expected for the work to begin. Todd's "crew of one" eventually came by to start the job. After a couple of days we had a question. We contacted Todd and he came by. He became aggressive and condescending. Talking over us and making us aware that the vision He had was exactly what we had agreed on. That we must have had "vertigo" or been ill the day of our agreement...

The work continued and there were concerns and questions. It became apparent that when Todd is asked a question He would become very defensive. He would then transform to "Todd the Bully"... We would back off and Todd would get his way. A few hours later He would make like everything was ok. Passive / Aggressive ? Much like a child throwing a tantrum I think this is the way Todd gets his way.

He did not complete the job..

After we paid him we waited two weeks for him to return and complete the job. We texted him and were told to keep the $500 and finish it ourselves. We are now stuck with a few thousand dollars worth of repairs and feel absolutely foolish and taken advantage of.

These guys are terribly unconcerned about the neighborhood. They also seem to be price gouging the customers. It doesn't take an hour and a half to leaf blow a 15×20 foot space!

They don't seem to understand what "NO SOLICITING" means. It's a pretty basic request. I don't want your flyers dumped on my porch.
