Excellent experience! I bought a beautiful Chinese Elm and a Brazilian rain tree and because of my location and the weather, Bryan asked me if I wanted him to keep them and take care of them until the weather was safer to ship without harming them. Very nice and also no charge for approximately 3 months of care for my trees. My experience with Bryan and his company was exceptional so I bought a 3rd plant before he shipped my other 2 and he took care of that one as well and when I received my trees they were packed well and arrived safely ❤️

BryanLovesBonsai is an absolute MUST for anyone looking to obtain quality pre-bonsai, bonsai and even soil. Living in zone 5a means there aren't many tropical options outside of online ordering. This can be difficult when not all sellers offer shipping or have updated pictures online, but BryanLovesBonsai has both. I've ordered 3 trees as well as soil from BryanLoveBonsai and all 3 arrived very promptly, packed well and immediately started pushing new growth after transport.

The trees he sells are not only beautiful, but very healthy. He is always available and willing to go above and beyond, doing the little things like delaying shipping to protect the trees or working with your schedule. Great prices, quality trees and incredible service!

I purchased two elm trees when it was still winter in NE. He held them for me until it was safe to send them, which I greatly appreciated. Had a great buying experience! My weather was not ideal for receiving a tropical tree, so Bryan was super flexible and held off on shipping until the right time. Tree arrived in excellent health.
