We were amazed at the speed of the process once it was our turn in line to receive our new pool. Guys were very professional and did a great job. These people are awesome! They schedule appointments in a timely manner. They answer MANY Of my questions over the phone. They will diagnose problems with just a picture on my phone. And when I go in to have my water tested or buy chemicals we always have a great chat! Great company to so business with

My wife and I purchased a set of OW LEE outdoor furniture from Carolyn Allen. The entire team from Carolyn to the two guys that delivered our furniture was great to deal with. They were flexible and worked around my schedule. We live roughly 130 miles from their location as well.

This company is supposed to be the "best" probably because they are expensive. Called on Mon 7/25, told the person what I needed, sent pics, she said svc mgr would send me an estimate. Followed up on Wed 7/27, she said svc mgr had not gotten to it. Follwed up on Tues 8/2, asked if they were sending or should I go somewhere else. She said they were too busy; that I should go somewhere else. She could have told me this last week.

Beware, this is just another typical small business in Memphis that doesn't understand customer service

I’ve had Brian and team do two full yard projects. Yes the quote may scare you compared to others but the quality of the finish project and the service after the job is done is first class. If you’re going to drop six figures drop it with Brian and Keith.
