Customer service is such an important part of business these days. I wanted to give a giant shout out to the Bonita Flower Shop in Dade City. Not only did the owner, Kelly, and her team do an amazing job with this fall bouquet, but one of her associates went above and beyond. Veronica delivered the flowers, but I was not home. On her way home from the shop, she stopped by my house again to be sure that I had received the flowers and that they weren’t still sitting outside. Thankfully, I was home and the flowers look and smell so beautiful. I am amazed that she went out of her way to check on the delivery. Highly recommend this flower shop

100% perfect! I have used Bonita for several deliveries, from funerals to business openings to just because, and today, I got to use them for my daughter's wedding. They worked with me to stay in budget suggested items for fillers, and the designs were simply beautiful. Kelly and her staff have patience that most businesses lack. We are blessed as a town to have them.

I just wanted to share how amazing the staff are at Bonita Flower Shop! I came in spontaneously this morning to get some flowers for my mother who was hospitalized, the ladies were so accommodating and friendly, they even let me pick out my own little assortment of flowers and made it into a beautiful arrangement in a vase for my mother. The flowers are fresh and in perfect condition, the building it self smelled AMAZING. It was all around an amazing experience and I will definitely go back for future floral needs! I always support local business and this one has earned my forever business! Bonita Flower Shop arranged my bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages for my wedding. I was very impressed with their service, we arranged to meet at the shop and they already had multiple options for me to choose from based on a few ideas I had! Bekah and Kelly were absolutely wonderful to interact with, and made me feel very special as a bride during my visit to the shop. They worked with my budget and listened to my needs and I could not speak more highly of their excellent professionalism and customer service! To top it off, all of the flowers arranged were beautiful and looked better than I could have imagined.

I was out in the area and saw the sign for this flower shop and decided to stop in. Kelly helped me out and was respectful and understanding that I was on a budget. She walked me through all the options and helped put together the prettiest bouquet for my anniversary with my partner. I cannot recommend enough!

I live in California and I have the most beautiful lady friend in Dade City Florida. She loves flowers, so I have always sent them through 1800 Flowers. However, the service was so impersonal and I wasn't connected to a real person. So, I decided to look for a local flower shops in Dade City which is a city I know nothing about. Well I understand it is rural. but have no idea what the business services are like.

I looked online at reviews and I was so amazingly blessed and fortunate to find a florist called Bonita Flower Shop who had perfect ratings. So I took a chance and called to place an order. Their website is beautiful and the actual flowers are more beautiful than the pictures because my special lady friend always sends me her own pictures when I send her flowers.

The person I have spoken with on the phone is Kelly and she is so kind and accommodating. She remembered me from two weeks ago when I placed my first order and had she had all of my information at hand when I called today.

The first time I called I told Kelly about the unusual love story between me and my lady friend and she was so sweet to listen and enjoy it.

All I had to do was choose a general arrangement. Kelly and her staff made the most beautiful bouquet that when my Sweetness drove up and saw the flowers perfectly placed on her porch, she was overjoyed. The arrangement was larger and more beautiful than the picture on their website.

Kelly is so sweet because each time I call I use a different pet name for my lady friend and I'm 64 years old. It is such a pleasure working with a family owned business. Bonita put the exact flowers together my love enjoys. What online flower shop does that? None.

The prices are so much lower than any place else that I can leave large tips and still save money. The freshness is so much greater that my love enjoys her flowers for an entire week. And believe me, she knows flowers. You can't fool her.

I understand that flowers are sent for a variety of reasons. Love, Births, Sympathy, Illness, Birthdays and for many other important life events.

To me, the flowers represent how I care for the person I am sending them to. Bonita has done such a nice job for me that they show how much I care and they care. I wish they were in every area but that would take their unique and special gift of loving service away. Thank you for making my love happy and getting ME LOTS OF HEART EMOJIS ALL THE WAY IN CALIFORNIA. You are all the best and I wish Californians were as kind as you Floridians.
