My Honda walk-behind mower was at Bob's Power Equipment for 11 months before they notified me that it had been repaired and was ready for pick-up. I called monthly for about 4 months; their only explanation was a supply chain shortage. After 4 months, when I called monthly, they said the needed parts are here, but they had no explanation for their repair delay, and they didn't know when the repair would be completed. Finally, after 11 months, I received a text notification that it was ready. When I picked it up, I politely asked why it took 11 months. The rep said nothing, just a blank stare... inhaling too many gas fumes...

I’ve never left the store or gotten off the phone with someone from this store feeling like I had substandard service or that I didn’t get the help I was looking for.

My dad’s been a customer here for years and I just bought my first zero turn mower from them this summer. I’d been researching for months but still had no idea what I wanted/needed. Went in and left 30-45 minutes later feeling like I knew exactly what I needed to make a decision. Never felt pressured to make a purchase and the guy actually recommended I go with a smaller, cheaper option than I was thinking I’d need. Came back 2 days later and bought it. They delivered it next day, within the only small timeframe I was available. The delivery driver walked me through everything I needed to know to operate it and for routine maintenance. I know I full well I could have gotten the same mower for a good bit cheaper from the Home Depot down the road. The customer service and during the purchase process and everything since are more than worth the price difference. If you’re looking to buy power equipment with a combustion engine, it’s worth going to Bob’s before you go to a big box store.

Bought 2 saws here and they were helpful and they have an in house repairman so they can actually repair what they sell which is seldom the case these days

Worst customer experience ever - if I could rate a 0 I would! Walked in and we were only customers in store. All three employees reading their phones and didn’t offer to get up to help. Told them what we wanted to look at but they just sat there. The laziest people I’ve ever seen. Do not waste your time at this Valleydale location!

We have always had our lawn equipment serviced at Bob's Power and Equipment. Was thrilled when they finally opened up a location on Valleydale rd. Needless to say it is a much closer drive from our house. We have always been pleased with the repair work and customer service that we have received at Bob's. Jeff and Daryl are always willing to advise and answer any questions my wife and I may have.Went in today to look at string trimmers. They had a great selection and great prices. Jeff was very helpful in helping me with my decision. I'm very happy with the purchase I made. I would highly recommend Bob's Power and Equipment to anybody.
