First time stopping by, however customer service is high on my list of importance of where I want to spend my money & Bluebird Farms was lacking. An employee stared me right in the face without a simple "hello" Very rude, & off-putting.. I was going to make a purchase that made me change my mind. Plenty of other nurseries with friendly staff in the area.

Their prices did seem reasonable, & their selection was better than other nurseries I have been to.

Bought crape myrtle sept 2022. Died over winter. Spoke to woman in nursery. She asked if I watered it. I said yes. She said I didn’t sell you a dead plant. I told her I know. She told me there is no warranty on the plants and then looked away. Would not look up. Will never buy anything there again. Ever.

I've been very please with the flowers I have purchased...shasta daisies, petunias, vincas, and impatiens. Today I also purchased 4 ears of corn which were bagged by someone inside the building and placed on the bench where someone was taking my payment. You can imagine my surprise when I went to shuck the corn and had one piece that was certainly not edible. Very disappointed!
