This is a dishonest company who will do sub par work, not communicate with you, break their own contracts at their whim and leave you stranded after refusing for months at a time to discuss a simple issue with you. If you hire them, you will just be a number to them and not a client deserving of respectable customer service. After being left in the lurch in the middle of the high season, we can’t tell you enough to stay away from doing business with Mariella and Todd at Black Diamond.
