We recently had the pleasure of working with Birmingham Landscaping Design for a project at our home in Camellia Ridge in Pelham. The entire experience was exceptional, from start to finish. Karen’s Creative Design: Karen, the lead designer, truly impressed us with her innovative ideas for our blank canvas of a yard and attention to detail. She took the time to understand our vision and transformed it into a stunning reality. When we decided expand the project to the front flowerbeds and remove the pine straw, she gave us the best options to choose from for the edging and rocks. Her expertise in landscape design is evident in every aspect of our project. Andy’s Project Management: Andy, our project manager, was outstanding. He ensured smooth coordination between the design team, construction crew, and us. His communication skills and commitment to quality made the process stress-free. We appreciated his proactive approach and dedication. Hardworking Team: The team of workers who executed the project were skilled, efficient, and courteous. They worked diligently through the worst of ground and soil in that area to create the large flower bed that has already started to bloom, a wood deck perfect for entertaining, and a cozy fire pit area where we will gather with friends and family. Overall, Birmingham Landscaping Design exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism, creativity, and commitment to excellence make them a top choice for any landscaping project. We highly recommend their services!

Cannot say enough great things about Birmingham Landscape Design. They were incredibly responsive from the very first contact and all throughout our project. They worked very hard to help us achieve our goal and honor our budget. The team worked diligently six days a week - rain or shine - and always made sure to keep our property tidy. They were quick to address any special requests or minor issues that arose during installation. And we love the finished product. Karen and Andy were really wonderful throughout the whole process. We would recommend Birmingham Landscape Design to anyone considering a landscape project.

We recently chose Birmingham Landscape Design to update our tired old front yard, and we couldn't be happier with our decision! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that our project was a success. They listened to our thoughts, answered all of our questions, and suggested some creative design ideas that made the space look better than we could have imagined. Communication was always quick and easy and throughout the process they made us feel like they were genuinely as excited about the project as we were. It's clear that the entire BLD team - from owner to designer to project manager to work crew - takes pride in their work, not cutting any corners and taking great care to ensure that every detail is just right. Their attention to our project was impressive. The crew was amazing! Several of our neighbors commented on the quality of the work being done and how respectful the crew was of the entire work area, ensuring that everything - including the street and curb were clean and tidy at the end of each day. Birmingham Landscape Design went above and beyond in ways that truly exceeded our expectations. They genuinely are the best contractor we have ever worked with. Our yard has been completely transformed, and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!!

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS Do not hesitate to use this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Let me tell you about my experience. No significant change in my yard had been done in over 20 years. I was having drainage issues plus I had some trip hazards around my house with a portion of my sidewalk that had sunk down and a marble sidewalk that had settled over time and was uneven. As a general rule, the updates made around my house are “have to” not “want to”. Because of these issues, this project rose to a “have to”. I had some ideas about what we needed to do, but by no means am I a landscaper. I googled landscapers who specialize in drainage issues and Birmingham Landscape Design popped up. It was located near me so I started with them first. Rick (owner) and Karen (#1 sidekick) came to my house and they listened to what I had to say. Right away Rick was able to see where the trouble spots were and presented his initial plan of what needed to be done to resolve the issue. After a couple of iterations, a plan was finalized and estimated. While it wasn’t the lowest estimate, it wasn’t the highest either. The rapport we had going forward was terrific. They understood and picked out the materials to provide the look I wanted. A project manager (Steven) was assigned to oversee the project. The workers showed up when they were scheduled, their work ethic can’t be beat, and the quality of their work transformed my yard to a thing of beauty. Although I had a project manager assigned, Rick frequently stopped by to check on things, and to ensure that everything was going according to plan. While the number one issues were addressed, the end result gave me an entirely new and beautiful yard. My neighbors are impressed with the total transformation and they have already started calling Birmingham Landscape Design for their projects. Every project that was done in my yard (did I mention it was a total yard transformation?) was done according to plan, on time, and BEYOND expectations!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Found them here on Google after I did a search out of frustration from dealing with other local contractors. Tried to get a pretty large flagstone/firepit patio with accent wall built for several months. Nobody wanted to do it. Found these folks and saw their great reviews. They came out on time to look at it, gave me several suggestions that I hadn't even thought of, provided detailed quote with examples of stonework, steps, lighting, etc so I'd know exactly what to expect. Very reasonable quote. I gave them the job, they started 2 weeks later, and had it completed in just over a week. Karen and Andy checked in with me everyday to make sure I was satisfied with the progress and get my feedback. It even rained a couple days and their crew was out there working under a tarp! Really? Unbelievable! They did such a good job I had them reseal my pool deck, power wash my driveway, and they even fixed my underground sprinkler that had a leak I wasn't even aware of! I can honestly say this was the most pleasant contractor experience I have had EVER!! This was an HG Network experience. They truly are the best and go that extra mile to make sure you are a satisfied customer. That is so rare to find these days. I give them my highest recommendation!!!

I hired Birmingham Landscape Design to fix grading and drainage issues at multiple properties that were difficult to fix. They were able to accomplish what several other landscapers before them were not. They not only corrected the grading and drainage issues, but they also did a beautiful job landscaping the areas as well. They worked very hard over Thanksgiving holiday to complete the job on time and within budget. They corrected issues when they occurred (which they always do on projects), and remained professional from start to finish. I highly recommend hiring Birmingham Landscape Design for all of your landscaping needs. A special thank you to Rick (Owner), Karen Burch (Director), and their team for going above and beyond in many ways to ensure a beautiful result in the end. It was greatly appreciated!

We are so pleased with the work performed by Birmingham Landscape Design. Karen Burch knew immediately what was needed to improve the condition of our driveway. She was always quick to respond from beginning to end. Andy, the project manager, was also extremely responsive and professional. Jeho and his team did an amazing job. Everyone we worked with were prompt, courteous and just the nicest people. I am beyond impressed with this company. I had received several quotes for the work performed and Birmingham Landscape Design was by far the most reasonable and were the only company that knew exactly what was needed to solve our driveway and drainage issues. Additionally, we used them to landscape our back and front bedding and they built a beautiful pergola. It is definitely the best the yard has ever looked. I can't say enough nice things about this company and their amazing team. They are the best!
