I had a great experience in Roundup in part for the great stay at the Big Sky! Clean and quiet rooms gave me a great base from which to explore the town and Montana countryside. The staff was available to welcome me as well as provide anything I needed. The Fat Straw boba shop made my mornings! I can't wait to return!

Very Clean (Especially the Bathroom and Shower), Large room, Good bed, Great price, Pet friendly with updated fixtures for an older Motel. Quiet, warm, appreciate the fridge, microwave and coffee machine in room. The welcome note and small informational placards in the room are very customer oriented!

This is a family owned place, with such nice courteous service. Frindly last minute reservation over-the-phone, speedy check in, and had great recommendations where to eat locally.

Overall GREAT local motel for a comfortable night's stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Don't forget to leave a TIP when you leave. With places of business, like coffee drive throughs and walk up to the counter food places soliciting tips, which i refuse to do, it has really put a damper on the services that really do deserve our gratitude..... like the behind the scenes cleaning staff. See you next hunting season.

Because I had to change my flight after I had checked out, I wound up staying in two rooms. Both were neat and very clean. It is a family run motel and the staff were very nice. My only complaint was that the beds were pretty hard. They seemed kind of old. The pillows, on the other hand were GREAT!.

Fantastic! I loved the old mattresses that others have complained about. It was very comfortable like being at a grandparent's home; not for everyone, I know. More than anything I absolutely adored the notecard explaining the family history of the motel. It's so admirable that the family business is persevering and I have so much respect for the story. The room was great and I appreciated all of the amenities: the soap was high quality and there was a Keurig and I loved the decor and the cleanliness and the explanatory signage.

Nice and clean, easy access right on 12. Remodeled a bit, bathroom and sink are definitely older but no issues. Water pressure low (second floor room), but plenty of hot water.

Loved the additional recliner.

This is definitely the nicest hotel in Roundup! It might be a little dated, but we enjoyed our stay. My only criticism would be for them to up the bedding quality with newer and more comfortable offerings. Not only would the guest appreciate the more comfortable pillows, sheets, and comforters. But it would liven up the room for sure.
