Completely unprofessional. These guys spent all day cutting a tree next to my apartment and somehow cut the line to my internet in the process. Yes the one under the ground. They were so careless that somehow they severed an underground wire. I work from home so I lost almost an entire day of work. They also knocked down 3 of my picture frames due to their carelessness and screamed for 6 hours straight while they worked.
