If you are reading this review, you either looking for a new lawn service or you looking to switch to a good lawn service. I am a straightforward person I will tell you the good with the bad, You have made a great decision by reading the reviews. I met the owner of Bella Gaia Lawn service before it became a business. She worked for other lawn services until she started her own. I have to say this is an amazing hard-working woman that makes sure everything she do has to be perfect and not just for the customer but for her mostly. I have never seen a woman with so much strength to handle heavy equipment the way she does. I told you I tell it like it is, now she may not be there at exactly 2pm when she says 2pm, but she will definitely call you and make sure you know she has not forgotten about you. timing is something we all can adjust or be flexible with. If it is cutting yard, weeding, pulling weeds, manicuring a garden, setting up a garden, redecorating anything dealing with a landscape she can do it and do it with perfection. I have seen this woman start on a big job at 8am and refuse to quit to 10pm. I am telling you if you are reading this you will not regret hiring her company for your lawn. You give her a budget, an idea, and she will come back with something you guarantee to love, or she will not quit until she gets it right for you. She maybe short in height but she comes with serious fire power to get the job done. Give her 1 chance and I guarantee you will come back and say thank you for writing this review.

Their lawn service is exceptional. They are wonderful to work with and they have helped me with finishing up a walkway in my backyard and they did a beautiful job. I am extremely happy with it and I look forward to the next project that I will be doing with Rachel and Freddy in my backyard. They go beyond the job to help their customers.

They worked great for small maintenance so we asked them to install our sod. They misquoted us our price, weren’t responsive, showed up to work primarily at night till 1am while prioritizing other jobs before ours working those in the day while in the middle of our job. Took multiple days to put down sod so it sat on the pallet for days. Ended up having to fire them and have another lawn care company come out and they explained that pretty much most of their work wasn’t going to last. Highly wouldn’t recommend very rude when trying to talk about the work and now we’re out money on a project that’s gonna have to be redone. Hate talking badly about somebody but can’t stress how unpleasant the experience was.
