Bella Design is fantastic and did an amazing job at my house for a complex project. My project was a large residential job, and Jason Maddox's crews were always timely, communicative, polite, professional, clean, and their work was impeccable. He provides a solid contract price with all the costs built in and doesn't add on extras. And if anything ever came up that I thought could be better, they worked with me without hesitation to make sure I was happy. I've never had such a good experience working with a contractor as I did with Bella. They are honest and do incredible work, and I will hire them for future landscaping or hardscaping needs. Pictures include three "before" and four "after" images. They worked around my lowest existing retaining wall, redwood fence, and trees to put in about 200 linear feet of walls and steps in the front and backyard parts of the hill. They also installed irrigation and created large planters with huge boulders they pulled out of my hillside (which I haven't planted in yet).

I had a great experience with Bella Design Pavers & Turf. From the moment we met Ninos he was extremely professional and really listened to what we wanted for our backyard. He did a really good job of working with our budget and taking our vision, but making suggestions that really ended up making it come out better than we could have imagined.

They are certified with Belgard which means they install the pavers the way they are expected to be and also makes them come with a lifetime warranty if they crack. They did a great job with the drainage and we can tell everything was very well thought out and done with high quality standards. They even hooked out downspouts from the gutters into the drainage and left us an extra in case we get more gutters in the future. Really happy with the quality and attention to detail.

After the job was done and they were paid, we noticed a couple areas of turf that we thought didn't look full. I called Ninos and he immediately made sure that people came out to replace the turf in those areas and fix everything until we were satisfied. We were really happy with the integrity and pride they showed.

Long story short, we were very happy with Ninos and Bella Design Pavers & Turf and would definitely recommend them!

The quality of this company's work is outstanding. I'm very enthusiastic about this company and would recommend to anyone. I had planned to rate them as 5-star with outstanding customer service as well, but there was one glitch that eventually got fixed. There was an error in the invoice that took several calls to the company to get fixed. As I said, it did get fixed. If there were an option to rate as 4.5, that's the score they actually earned rather than 4.

It's been a long time since I have experienced such excellent customer service. Jason, the owner is super responsive- even called me back after he had boarded a plane for a trip. Rafael, the job site supervisor was equally as responsive. The entire crew kept asking us if we were satisfied and we were happy with how the job looked. They did a beautiful job.

Jason was able to turn my backyard dream/vision into a reality and I can't thank him enough. Poor communication, no one responds to calls, emails or messages for months even after several follow ups. Work is ok, but not at the cost of stress they put you through.

This company left a flyer in my door so I decided to reach out to them. I left a message using their website and didn't get a reply. I decided to call them and was able to talk to someone and gave me their designers phone number. I tried calling this guy, left a voicemail message but didn't get any replies. It seems like they pick and choose clients. It's all right.
