The staff is amazing. I was looking for a battery and they showed me 2 levels of quality they explained the differences and the warranty and gave me the option of which one I wanted to purchase. I purchased from batteries plus before but the staff at St. Cloud went beyond and created an amazing experience of satisfaction. I will continue to use them for all my battery needs.

I cannot thank Fernando enough for all of his help. We were given a complete runaround from the company that we purchased a mobility scooter from 13 months ago. My husband called Batteries Plus to ask how long a battery should last. He was told to bring it in and they will test both the batteries and the charger. When we got to the store we were greeted by Fernando, who could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond trying to figure out the problem with the scooter. He asked if we could leave it and he would work on it to figure out the problem. He called the next day to tell us it was two fuses that needed to be replaced when the mobility repair store told us we needed a new charger and new batteries. We observed Fernando going out of his way for each customer, either in store or on the phone. I would highly recommend dealing with this store. I know we will definitely drive the 45 minutes to go to this store in the future. Thank you again Fernando!

Let me just say the customer service from Joel and Fernando was top notch. I drove from Brevard county to get a phone screen fixed through a claim from my mobile provider. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and still received the best customer service I honestly have ever had. Joel and Fernando were extremely patient with me while navigating my issue. I have bought a few batteries from this place with no issues. Today I went in and wanted a battery for my car. I specified which battery I wanted and the guy told me that would not work in my car. I wanted a marine battery. I'm not sure why he would not sell me a battery and when I said well I'll just go somewhere else they'll sell me a battery.
He pretty much told me to leave the store. At this point I could not recommend that type of service to anyone!

So impressed with the service here! Specifically was looking for something to organize my batteries because we get them in bulk and we have a ton of them! And wow, they actually had a case that is perfect to keep everything all together so it is easy to access when needed and not cluttering up my medicine cabinet! It came with a battery tester too! By the way they have every battery you can think of, will have the go back there to get a battery for my Apple TV remote because it just died on me 😬

Excellent service, the staff are helpful and I felt valued. They explained various services they provide - even taking in old computers for proper disposal. They gave me back the hard drives and even a mini SD that was still in the laptop.
Had my iPhone battery replaced, too.
Highly recommend them for all kinds of electronic assistance.
