We used Autumn Hill at our house for two large projects. One was a two part retaining wall totaling about 15’ in height and 120’ in length. The other was regrading and building an area for a play set and some activities for the kids. I work in the home improvement industry so I will say that I tend to be a little critical when it comes to other contractors. Ryan was referred to me and from the first point of contact he was great to work with. He is a true professional at his craft and has a ton of knowledge that he is willing to share and explain. We chose them over two other contractors because we felt comfortable and confident he would do a great job. Ryan and his guys went above and beyond their scope of work and always seemed concerned with how we were feeling as homeowners during the projects. The job site was always very clean and well managed. The crews were always on time and communicated thoroughly. Ryan and his team at Autumn Hill installed a beautiful paver patio around our pool, walkway, and gorgeous landscaping at our home in Pike Creek. Ryan and his staff were professional, polite, and respectful of our home and family. He addressed any concerns we had, made recommendations that improved upon our ideas for our home, and where we had limited landscaping experience, he met it with great ideas and passion for a beautiful landscape and hardscape!! He installed a drain to solve a water pooling issue we had around our pool in the back, helped us select shrubs and trees to achieve the feel we were going for, and delivered on budget. We were so impressed with Ryan that he's completed 2 other projects for us and will be doing more work for us again in the near future. Autumn Hill Patio and Landscaping is, without reservation, in the top tier of contractors I have ever hired! And, as a 50 year old home owner, former director of facilities and builder, I have hired MANY contractors. So what puts Autum Hill in this top tier? Punctuality, excellent communication, attention to detail, superior workmanship, maintaing a clean work space(my home) and a work ethic of truly believing a happy customer is among their primary goals. My project included the removal of an existing sidewalk, patio and small retaining wall and the installation of a "paver" sidewalk and patio, lighted stone retaining wall, drainage piping and the relocation of a overhead porch support beam and column to enlarge the patio. Ryan, the owner of Autumn Hill, was on site virtually every day allowing easy access for questions, providing the opportunity to "tweak" the project as minor changes were made. Ryan was there to ensure the final project was exactly what I wanted. On a few occasions the changes I requested were made during the process. Some resulted in additional cost, but many costs were absorbed by Autumn Hill. I did not feel "nickeled and dimed" at all, and truly believe I received a excellent product at a competitive price.

I would urge anyone who is looking for quotes for landscaping projects to consider Autumn Hill for a least the opportunity of providing a quote. I truly believe, if you do contract with them, that you will enjoy the same satisfaction I enjoyed and will not feel as though you have been "raked over the coals" as you will most likely experience from other contractors.

I hired Autumn Hill Landscape in the spring of 2015. They did an amazing job! The work that I had done was a new walkway in the front of my home and a patio installed in the back. In addition, I had them take out the old Landscaping that was there for many years. When the walk-way and Patio were finished they installed new landscaping. The before and after pictures were amazing! It is difficult to find a reputable company to do work, do it well and complete it. That is why I am taking the time to write this review because I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking about making an investment in your home with hardscaping and/or landscaping.
