From start to finish, working with Artificial Turf by Fenix was so smooth and simple. They sent someone out, showed me options and gave me the best suggestions for our yard. Since we have four dogs, they also showed me a special spray we can use. Originally I was scheduled for mid-July but an opening came up THIS WEEK and they came out and got the entire project done in less than 5 hours. We had a very positive experience with Fenix who installed our artificial grass lawn. I decided to post a review after months of the installation and after weeks of heavy rain.
I was looking for a solution to keep my redwood trees happy and maintain my yard and save water, and they did a terrific job. The best part about the installation is that it looks like real grass whereas before the grass couldn't grow well because of tree roots. We're finally enjoying our yard after Fenix did our project. The crew was very courteous, professional, answered all my questions and a big shout out to Dylan from Fenix who went above and beyond. I would recommend them for anyone in search of a low-maintenance way to enjoy their backyard all year round.

What a wonderful expelling with Artificial turf by Fenix. Our project was very small but they were willing to grade and install for a very reasonable price. Most other “turf” companies refused to do an area so small or wanted twice as much. Highly recommended.

THE ESTIMATE:
Adam came out to do an estimate. He answered all my questions and made recommendations based on my needs, and never tried to upgrade me. We have a small and unusual size location that some companies didn't even want to bother with. Adam was easy to talk to and no pressure at all. Gave me an estimate on the spot. After the three previous estimates, Adam was a breath of fresh air! No sales gimmicks or upgrades and no bashing the competition. I knew before he even left that this was the perfect company for our project.

SCHEDULING:
Scheduling and communication with Kimberly was smooth and very professional. I could hear her smiling on the phone. What is better than that? It makes the person on the other end smile as well! She communicated very clearly through e-mails. Every detail was outlined and confirmed for our perfect custom green. She also followed up to be sure we were happy with the results.

THE CREW!
I can't say enough wonderful things. Bon and his crew arrived on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We wanted some breaks in the green and Bon worked with us to add some challenge to the putting surface. Every step of the process was confirmed with us to be sure we were happy with the results. They left the yard cleaner than they found it. Seriously the best work crew I have ever had come to my house for a project. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The GREEN:
All irrigation was capped accordingly without disrupting our regular sprinklers. The color and texture of the fringe and green are vibrant and high quality. The ball has a natural roll. I LOVE the natural edges they use verses the plastic/metal borders other companies provide. It gives the whole project a polished look. The cups are sturdy and regulation size. The flags are also very sturdy and there is a fun selection of colors and designs. We chose to mix it up with different colors.
