This was the first time using Aquarian Landscaping and I am very pleased. Paul is a very professional and honest individual. He is punctual and completes the project as promised. His employees Bret and Keith are very polite and hard working. My wife stated that she felt very safe with them while they were here. I would definitely recommend this company for all your landscaping needs. Paul went above and beyond what we had agreed on.

Cannot recommend this company. We contracted them to clear out a flower bed (~30'x20') in the front of the house, clear out hedges, etc. along the back of the house (~20'x15'), remove hedges/plants from our back property line, clear out all debris from the back corner of the property, grade and dirt fill in the side yard to make level, and remove all concrete/debris that we had collected from the property. They did arrive on time for the start of the job and the employees did work hard (4 stars) but overall only 1 star. They had to bring a compact utility loader for the excavation work and a trailer for debris haul-away.

Our driveway is very narrow and we have irrigation lines down the side of the driveway. They assured us that if they ran over anything or damaged anything they would fix it. They began backing the trailer into the driveway and immediately went off the concrete into the yard and damaged a sprinkler (They eventually did repair this on the last day, but it was a struggle to get this fixed and and separate pipe that they ran over with their utility loader).

We told them on three separate occasions that there was irrigation lines in the front flower bed, but since we had recently bought the house we did not know how they were routed. During their removal of plants, etc. from this location they pulled out sections of the irrigation with their loader. They had no intention to repair any of the damaged piping or sprinklers until we called them out on it and forced them to repair it. During the repair they refused to fix the irrigation lines and sprinklers as we asked and did it their own way which now requires us to pull up the commercial grade weed fabric we had installed and reroute the lines and sprinklers. The sprinklers that they did install during their repair are crooked and angled and do not raise straight up and down. We paid to have commercial grade weed fabric installed in the front flower bed, but they failed to do this correctly. The fabric is damaged in several places and they did not cover the entire area as contracted so we now have weeds re-growing in those locations. We were forced to buy more fabric to cover up those spots.

During the job the scope of the work we had agreed to changed. They had agreed as part of the contract to remove a concrete water fountain from the back of the house surrounded by the hedges. During the job they decided to tell us that they were no longer going to remove it because it was heavier than they thought and we would have to pay extra to get it removed. As this was already agreed upon we pushed back and they finally acquiesced and removed the water fountain. Additionally, during the clearing of debris and plants from the back corner of the property they refused to remove a tree stump. As part of the contract we had agreed that they would clear this corner completely and make it smooth/level with the rest of the yard. The owner claimed that his work scope didn't include a stump even though during the walk through we had pointed out that there was a stump in with the debris and plants. They refused to remove the stump in violation of the contract of work so we had to hire another company to come and grind the stump.

We had discovered a bunch of concrete, bricks, stone, etc. scattered throughout the property. We gathered all of these items onto a 12'x12' piece of plastic and had contracted them to take all of this. Upon checking this area thoroughly after they had completed work we found several pieces of blocks, stone, concrete, and bricks that they did not take as part of the agreement.

On the last day after payment and discussion to fix a few things they asked if they could leave some of their equipment since they didn't have room. Their equipment sat on our property for over 2 weeks, damaged our yard and today when they returned to get the equipment they tore up our yard with their utility loader and dumped concrete, bricks, stones, etc. in our back yard and left us with several pieces of 4'x8' plywood that we now have to dispose of.

We built our dream pool, but needed our oasis added around the pool. Paul came over and discussed what he could do to make it happen. Within a couple of days, he forwarded over a design that blew us away! Of course we wanted to see the plan come to reality.

Aquarian Landscaping replaced our sprinkler system that was destroyed doing pool construction and installed drainage, which helped with our water problem., before they even started. The entire project included palm trees, plants, rocks, lights, hand built fire pit, aluminum fence, bamboo to add more privacy, until trees grow more, and sod. I am sure there is more that I may have missed, because they did it all!

The professionalism from start to end was amazing! They even gave my front yard a touch up, by cutting grass, trimming bushes and more, which wasn’t included in the estimate, but that’s how Paul work ethic is, outstanding and honest! Oh I can’t forget about the clean up process, power washed the driveway, streets and front porch.

I was blown away after the job was completed, I cried! It was happy tears. Look no further for your landscape company, Aquarian Landscape, I highly recommend. Paul and his crew is truly the best!

Undeserved Flavor

I have a "no solicitation" sign on my door, they saw it and decided not to ring the doorbell or knock, simply left a business card. I appreciate the respect. I went ahead to have them come out for some pressure washing, so glad I did. And they do everything! I saw a paver installation and landscape they did, I'm definitely having them do mine.
