Ricardo gives top notch excellent customer service! I can’t thank him enough for being so flexible with me! He and his guys are friendly and easy to communicate with. My yard always looks good. They have never no-showed, unlike the previous 3 companies I tried to use. He always sends a reminder email before my service date, which I appreciate. Ricardo does a beautiful job taking care of our landscape. He is full service and can be counted on for good work and attention to detail. They no showed for their scheduled appointment with me. This was my second time using them. The first time they no showed as well, but when I called Ricardo he answered, was apologetic, and rescheduled. This time, no call no show again, and Ricardo is no where to be found. He is not picking up his phone and not answering to emails. This company is very unprofessional and they did not live up to their end of the bargain. They were suppose to remove the weeds from their first visit and many were still left behind. My fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt and using them again. GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE!
