I recently stopped by the store to look for a plant for my room. The minute I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles from the staff. They catered my visit to my needs and made sure I left satisfied. They had an abundance of plants and different style pots. The staff was very knowledgeable on the plants and opened my eyes to the different possibilities that would look great in my space. The quality and service were exceptional!! Best in the business. Visit them if you are in need of pretty plants, beautiful pots, and exceptional service!

Small place with not a huge selection but they can order plants for you if you know what you want. Staff very knowledgeable. Very helpful with choosing plants that would work for this climate on my terrace that has full sun all the time. Without his advice/knowledge, I would have picked plants that would not have survived. Horrendous service and the place looks like a bomb blew up. I called and nicely asked if they had perlite, cacti potting mix and organic soul. The new girl who answered the phone was super nice but had zero answers. No prob as I now can see they have extremely high employed turn over rate.
She got the answeres I needed so that was no big deal and I kindly said I’d be there in a couple hours.
When I walked in there door that same girl was bright and cheery, that was nice. Unfortunately the real sinister manager (light skin, African American woman ) rudely interrupted and started to “help”. She immediately started communicating with me in a very agitated manner. The energy was very dark already but I patiently looked at what I was told they had.
The perlite they said they had was in small souvenir bags at $5 per bag. Was a complete ripoff. I’ve never scene such a blatant scammy idea. Welcome to Miscami!
Lastly, I asked where the organic soil was and she pointed to the corner and asked me how many bags I wanted. At this out I knew what to expect and sure enough it was non organic. I kindly asked where the “organic” was and she said it was definitely organic. She straight out lied and you could tell she had zero concern about doing so. This was the kicker of it all. Complete, bold face lie. Unbelievable. I’ll leave a pic of the “organic soil” she was lying about. This is what made me take 15 mins in bed this morning to write this hella long review. The worst waste of time and extremely rude.
. I was the only one there and the place and place was so dusty. I imagine they are desperate for money hence the greed level.
I also agree with other reviewers that everything is price jacked, again they are desperate and don’t care about a return client as they know there won’t be one.
. I went to the ace hardware down Alton as a last ditch effort and they had both organic soil and perlite and after that tragedy, was actually a refreshing change of environment.
You can tell the positive reviews are forced to be made by the employees that work there for a few days before quitting unfortunately. You can tell how this works by simply seeing that all the negative reviews have all many likes.

In short the greed and lies here are rampant, I can only recommended going anywhere else. Sry everyone in advance for the long winded review, a lot to unpack for a 5 min visit ?

I was looking for plants to give me a bit of privacy in my condo at the pool deck level.
I’m so happy with the plants I bought.
It was expensive.
However, I had a great experience. At the store and with the delivery. The two young brothers that work there are really good in their job.

Ordered 6 plants. Alton Road Nurseries delivered them and planted them in my pots. They were on time, clean , fast and efficient. They didn’t bring enough soil because I told them the wrong size pots so they quickly went and got another few bags. After setting up the huge plants in the house (they did the potting outside) I asked them to move 2 to another spot and they were happy to accommodate my change.
