He answered all my questions and gave me additional advice on how to maintain. He also cleaned up behind him before he left. Could not recommend these guys more! The old owner of my house did not take very good care of the lawn and All Year Lawn completely turned it around and it's turning in to one of the best on the streets. I get constant compliments from my neighbors on how great it looks now.

I took the picture below just last weekend so this is even after the hottest parts of the summer. Last year this lawn was overrun by crabgrass and had large dead spots from grub damage. As you can tell, I'm extremely pleased with the results after just one year of work.

The technician was excellent. He informed me my weeds were too high so he actually weed whacked my yard for me prior to putting the fertilizer down. I saw they also took their time unlike some other places that simply rush during the applications. Very happy with this team so far.
