Wouldn't buy 4 ounces of oil from here ever

2024 and you can’t track a part with YOUR vendor? Tell me what the part is so I can try and find one on my own. I’m on a job with a basically brand new saw I bought from your establishment. When I tell MY customer I have no eta due to a broken saw makes us both look pretty unprofessional. Glad your door is fine as I didn’t think did any damage I can’t say the same for MY business with no answers to my customer due to not being able to track a part? I know when my toilet paper is gonna be here but I can’t get a tracking number from Stihl?

Their friendly and communicative but that’s the good part. The bad part is They charged me about $90 when it only took less than 15 minutes to untangle my cord that was stuck in my blower. I was on the road and busy and decided to let them do it and they did not tell me a price at first they told me after the fact they did the minor work and I also was told that something could be broken but at that time I already checked it out and that was not the case so they charged me for something they did not replace

I had my car parked at the Walmart in Avon park due to an interview I had to attend. And Noticed AAL All About Lawns were out but did not notice anything as far as what they were doing but then noticed they were laying mulch until I left my interview around noon to only find my car in between to big pallets of mulch and also alot of dust from mulch on my car and no one was around so I’m assuming their out on lunch. But it’s very disrespectful to do that especially leaving the amount of dust I found on my car was highly unacceptable. And I wanted to wait around but couldn’t due to another interview I have to attend and I was running late already. They could of at least blown off my car before going on lunch.

If you have a Stihl product that needs fixing, or just a chain and a bar. This would be the first, last and only place to get the job done right and efficiently. Really nice people work at this place and are extremely helpful at getting you back out working.
