Great company if you’re looking to get potted or outdoor plants shipped to your door. I have ordered multiple citrus trees to grow in containers in PA and the quality is far superior than other companies. You can tell they are well cared for. One thing that sets them apart is the fact they ship out mature trees. It makes it a lot easier to start with a plant that is a few years old and already shaped for you. Excellent customer service as well! Highly recommend purchasing from them.

I bought a dwarf Italian Cypress. I really did not know what to expect because it was shipping from California to North Carolina. Adler and Oak did an absolutely fantastic job packing the three and a half foot tall tree. It arrived perfectly. Was incredibly green and very healthy. The only way you could tell it had been shipped was that it was a little big for the Box and the top inch and a half is bent a little to one side. A week or two in the sun and it will straighten right up. I'm thoroughly impressed given how hard it is to find either a dwarf or a Tiny Tower Italian Cypress in North Carolina.

Really good value For the size of the plant, 3 and 1/2 ft tall. It was $75 plus shipping. Other places that I see selling smaller trees are at least $100.

For some reason my account got messed up when I ordered on the website and I didn't get a receipt or a confirmation when it shipped. I contacted support and they got back to me right away. They confirmed my tracking number, when it was going to be delivered and they reset my account. I will definitely give support an A+ here.

Again I'm really happy with the tree, the value, ordering, shipping, packing, and the customer service. They Really hit it out of the park.

I will definitely order from them again!

Arrived as scheduled. Great packaging. Had a warmer for pots. Put it inside until it warms. Love them and am excited about the satsuma mandarins!

The only regret I have with them is that I didn't find out about them sooner. Ordered online from them and what came were really healthy and overall happy trees.

Customer service had been great as well and it was fairly easy to get a hold of them over the phone when I needed to.

10/10 would recommend

I have ordered 3 citrus trees from Alder & Oak now three separate times and all the trees have turned out great. You can tell they are well cared for before being shipped out. They all have been healthy and pest free. I have picked up citrus trees at local nurseries that are less than a year old and i prefer to get a mature tree which is what alder & oak sends you. I have fruit less than a year after getting the trees! Would buy again.

I’ve ordered lots of plants online over the past year, and this was by far the best unboxing experience I’ve had!! The plants are healthy, beautiful, and packed very well, but the boxes are also easy to open and unpack, which is a rare combination. I ordered the Green Cloud Texas Sage and they are larger, healthier, and less expensive than they are in my local nurseries here in Texas.

Overall: Pricing is great, customer service is wonderful, and the plants are amazing. Will order here again!

I looked everywhere for a Meyer lemon tree all found everywhere was Meyer lemon ? bushes bushes, bushes, so happy I found this company! I will be buying a seedless Mandarin tree here shortly!
